Waste of time gym. Very foolish instructor. He is a poser a fake and a fraud. Very stupid and suffocating place to go for a gym and even a bigger waste to pay for the karate and mma they claim to teach. Thorough incompetent, immature trainer.

Very disappointed, I enrolled my son in the karate school, the owner and the instructor Abdul Rafeeq (at least 50 year old) assured for best results though after 4 months all we saw that kids were doing jumping around on the jumping board

Sir Rafique is an awesome Sensei and I had awesome experience in this Fitness club. It is a secure place for ladies and best place for learning fighting skills and Exercises for building your strength. ☯️♥️♥️♥️

Since 2012 it has been an awesome experiance with rafique sir in kihon. Best fitness experiance for people in peshawar. Safest heaven for women in dire need of exercise. Big thumbs up.
