Started my searching process for my fiancée's ring here with Jazmyn. She showed us every different style you can imagine to help my fiancée figure out what style she liked. Jazmyn was never pushy with us for a sale and just wanted to make sure we were happy with what we were seeing. Then my fiancée and I went around to a bunch of other jewlers to see what they had to offer. Long story short I ended up coming back to Jared's and Jazmyn helped me narrow it down to the perfect ring. My experience here was great, I never felt like I was just another sale I always felt like I was being helped into finding the best ring for my budget. We will definitely be coming back to Jazmyn when the time comes for me to get my ring!

Fabre always goes above and beyond. We’ve been going to this location specifically since we got engaged and now married over seven years ago. What keeps us going to this location specifically is Fabre. She has always helped me with exchanging anything that I did not necessarily see lining up with my taste. My husband always has the best and sweetest intentions when getting me something, sometimes it just isn’t the right fit. I recommend staying on top of your insurance and inspections because any and all repairs I have needed have also been done with great ease. If you’re on a tight schedule they do offer appointments as well. I don’t think you’ll regret a purchase here, especially if Fabre can help.

Very disappointed in how my future husband was treated. I have been shopping here for more than 22 years. I will be taking my business to Bundy jewelry down the road or Shane company in cool springs. Customer service is so important these days especially when you have stayed loyal since the service merchandise left the area days and y’all got their best associate. She has since retired still decided to shop here but not anymore. 1 negative customer service goes volumes to others. Our dinner tonight with others already heard what happened and will continue to tell how bad our customer service experience has been with this location in Goodlettsville Tn

I came to this location in August to buy my husband’s wedding band, but I got the wrong size. Between work and the commute, I didn’t have time to get it exchanged. However, Shayna was so helpful when we came in today. She informed us of the longevity with tungsten rings and we opted for a gold band, since we could get that resized without a problem. She was fun, energetic, and even cleaned my rings, which were from Kay. Definitely enjoyed our experience today!

My experience with Jared’s at their Goodlettsville, Tennessee location: I purchased a bracelet In July and didn’t get the warranty. The bracelet broke and I returned to see if they would replace it. They declined to do so. I feel this was a reasonable amount of time for the store to stand behind their product. I actually planned to purchase an additional bracelet and necklace. That did not happen and for me, will not be returning.

Went to Jared's on Saturday July 23...... William made me the happiest fiance with his assistant in picking out my Last Time Going to Do This ring. I had look at three rings but I sensed he pick up on my reaction to one ring in particular because it ended up being my choice and It is a Beautiful ring. William we want to say Thank you for giving us excellent Customer Service.. The future Mr. And Mrs. Jackson.

When I damaged my engagement ring, I took it in immediately to see how long it would take to be fixed. I was treated with the utmost care and concern. Lance went above and beyond to make sure I would have my ring back in time for the wedding and looking as good as when I received it. Every experience I have had at Jared’s has been positive. They are now our “go to” jewelers!

Lance was very helpful when I came in needing my wedding rings serviced. He was assuring in being adamant about open communication throughout the process because my rings needed a good bit done and would be there for a while. He explained everything well and took heed in some preferences I stated about the finish. I also loved his energy. Thank you Lance!

William and the assistant manager were very helpful! Very pleased with my experience! They definitely knew that they weren’t just selling the products but also an experience! Excellent service and knowledge expertise from Charles, William, and Annette at the Goodletsville, TN location! In an effort for the Bride to Be to have the perfect fit on her wedding ring and band, went right to work with making the fitting adjustments on the spot! I’m a fan! The wedding is ON!!! Came in with my boyfriend to look at engagement rings. Had no clue about where to start and I was met with great help and customer service from Lance and Jasmine. They answered all our questions and made us feel welcome and that they appreciated our business. We will definitely be doing business with them for years to come.

I won’t recommend another jewelry store in the area! Lance, William and Fabra made my first ring buying experience so much easier than I could have hoped for. Trina, Jaz, and Fabray are the ladies that make it happen! Custom wedding band enhancer and groom wedding band knocked out in 1 hour. Made sure I was 100% happy before leaving the store and I couldn’t have been any more satisfied with this process.

I’ve been with with Rivergate location for over 10 years. Fabra is amazing!!! She is consistent, friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. For the reviews that speak of staff being rude, I’ve never experienced that.
