I was interested in the Outback last year and decided to bring my husband along, even though he wasn't particularly interested in Subaru cars. During our visit, I managed to convince him to purchase a brand new Subaru XV, despite it being close in cost to his preferred brand's SUV. The decision took quite a while, and we may have tested the salesman's patience. As my husband is shy, I typically take on the role of spokesperson. Perhaps the salesman noticed this dynamic and didn't appreciate what he perceived as me manipulating my husband, especially considering he is a man himself. I completed all the required forms on behalf of both of us and informed the salesman of our preferred payment method. However, I was informed that we would have to wait for approximately two months. As the two-month mark approached, I decided to contact the salesman to inquire about the status of our purchase. He mentioned that he had been trying to reach my husband numerous times to inform him that the car was already on its way. I explained to him that my husband rarely checks his voicemail or returns missed calls, and suggested that he contact me instead. The salesman acknowledged my request, but unfortunately, I did not receive a call from him after a few days. It was during this time that he informed me we needed to pick up the car. To my surprise, he had taken the liberty to register the car solely under my husband's name, which was quite unusual as our previous cars had always been registered with joint ownership through ServiceSA, a process that Mitsubishi Nailsworth had correctly followed. However, this time we had intended to register the car under our trust, a plan that was disrupted by the salesman's decision. He said that we have to do the transfer of name ourselves and shoulder the stamp duty involved. He rushed us to pick up the car, threatening additional charges if we didn't comply. They still haven't updated their records - they have only my husband's number. This year, I followed up the reapplication of paint protection schedule of the car - got told they will ring us. I never get a call even if I provide my number. After reapplication, I noticed they didn't fix the scratches - got told I will get a call. 2 months now, I still don't hear from them. Every time I ring them, it's either my call get disconnected after a long wait or getting told they will ring me back. Sometimes they end the call before I provide them of my contact number. This lack of communication or dismissive behaviour has led me to feel that they may have bias against women or possibly me specifically. Yeah, this is very frustrating!!! UPDATE: Got informed that minor scratches are not protected by paint protection, hence, not part of warranty. Said they will email the details as proof that it's not part of their package, but I never received it. I availed of their paint protection thinking it would be better to get it from them. My decision from the very start proved to be a mistake. Lesson learned.

Done service there of my 3.6 Outback, it feels to me that they are not only not professionals but also scam people. Several issues with this "service centre" 1.I attached pictures of services document, they told me that they checked the air filter, luckily decided to see it myself after 2 months, just looks at the picture, this filter was never replaced since new and the car was 42k. it's filthy and does not allow any air through. No wonder the car had no power. 2. I told them that the engine vibrates a lot when cold and they must check spark plugs, what they did instead, you won't believe - washed the engine outside disconnecting vac line in process so that I had all sort of warnings on the dash when I left them. Of course the vibration is still there. 3. Asked them to check the CVT oil level and they refused telling me its "oil for life no need to check as it never leaks", guys in what a perfect world do you live? No comments, really. 4. Asked them to check Vibration from transmission at 40 kmh, they just ignored and told me "can't detect". No wonder if they never drove my car. 5. Wind noise from the driver window when driving more than 60 km/h, of course they ignored. 6. They claim they lubricated locks and hinges, but my doors were squeaky so that I greased them myself. WASTE OF MONEY! Ah, the car was on the extended warranty to what the guy smiled and said " 2018? You can't expect any warranty". After all this I'm convinced they haven't replaced the oil filter either (not possible to check myself). Never go there for service if you care about your car.

I have had the worst customer services today from this centre. I dropped my car yesterday to replace four tires. No one contacted me today till 4pm and then I started to ring and check when the car is ready. I then have been told that my car can be picked up after half an hour. When I arrived there around 5:08pm, then started to make a payment and get the key. A couple of worst things happened: 1. I have been asked to pay $1030 for the tire replacement, then I said that was quite expensive to me. The staff said that we can take it off. I then asked if I can get a copy of details like invoice then he said we can’t print it due to power outage but we will send an email to you. 2. When I got the key and checked the new tires, then noticed all wheels got damages. I went back to the office and brought my concerns, then staff said “ you can leave the car here or I will ask manager to call you tomorrow. I can’t do anything right now” then he rushed everything as I suggested him to take photos of the damage. I don’t know what to say to be honest. Firstly, the attitude is that I have never had this before. Secondly, my wheels got damaged but no one informed and then the attitude towards my concerns became careless and ridiculous! This was the first time I have experienced as I have purchased a car here 4 years ago and continued to have service here. I have treated this place like my car’s home but today’s experience is never forgettable. All wheel hubs including the inside of hubs got damaged

Very disappointed. Brought a car from you late December last year. Not even 8 month of having the car the sunroof wouldn't close. Was told not covered under warranty barely used The sunroof. For them to check it out and close it cost about 700 dollars. And about 2500 to fix it. What a joke. Now for a car to only be 5 years old and to pay the amount paid on the car. Should of lasted a lot longer. I had written something to you guys nothing was done about and I got no response. It does not state anywhere in your warranty about sunroofs which you should have something there. A one star rating is being polite. I wanted to give less than 1 star

Before the service, my car just had a vgrs check warning light. I told them to check and fix it if it possible and then when i received a car I saw many warning lights on it, i don't know what they did with my car and i can't use cruise control, all safety modes are disabled including traction control. I brought back to them and the told me it was there before and what they could do was take my car to Lexus because the car is not safe to use for 60$.

So the Team at Jarvis Suburu we’re so easy to deal with we found the vehicle we liked, we had two trade ins with the purchase, the team made it all happen in less than 1.5hrs (that was us driving away).
