I discovered this shop when it was located in a building on Normandy Blvd, situated near the back of the building which was named as a Farmers Market, a small building which had several small businesses about 14 of them, operating various businesses inside of this building, located diagonally across from the Winn Dixie store. The owner of this particular business, JasComputers, is a young man by name of Joe, who was such a delight and on top of being so extra friendly, he knew what he was doing, but even as importantly as someone in any kind of repair business really knowing what they are doing, Joe had and still has something that's VERY extra special, something I really love and that is, he has the the best computer repair rates of any computer repair business I've ever done business with. On top of his very competent repair skills he also sells top notch virus-free refurbished laptops. I have the very first laptop that I purchased from his shop and it's STILL working YEARS later (Windows 7, one of the very BEST of the Windows operating systems). Joe is one of the very BEST of the best in what he does in his shop. He's very friendly, kind-hearted, respectful, and a very unusually compassionate gentleman; AND he is a very humorous fellow too! I cracked the screen on my HP laptop and was unable to use the touch screen feature. A friend referred me to Jas Computers. I was leery due to past experience with 2 other shops unrelated to this computer. One shop “lost” my computer; the other lied about their ability to remove files from my hard drive and corrupted the files beyond repair! I lost photos, files and precious memories…needless to say, I was VERY apprehensive about leaving my personal information in someone else’s hands. Long story short, Joseph, the owner of Jas Computers, did all that he said he would do and more. It took a while because of part delays but I have my computer back and it’s as if the screen was never cracked. Like a good mechanic or hairdresser, once you find one that fits, STICK WITH THEM! I highly recommend this shop if you’re looking for trustworthy computer professional!

I was the new customer and had to take my laptop for repair. It was a quick test to find out what was wrong with it and it was the screen. A star dropped because I had to pay upfront which was very unusual and I wonder if he doesn't trust his customer even though he runs this business? This one bothers me since I picked up the laptop. Another star dropped because he kept my laptop for almost 2 weeks. He stated it was because the package delivery was late and customers were before me. Again, I felt that I was not one of the valued customers. I am glad the laptop was fixed, however I will not be coming back to this location again.

Found a iMac they were selling via Facebook Marketplace. They provided with a great price, two months later the system is working fantastic, no hiccups at all. Very good communication, the owner was able to open his store up earlier then normal, to accommodate my schedule. I couldn't recommend Jas Computers more and I also can highly vouch for fact that a lot of computers out there have a lot more life in them, when they are given certain upgrades. Jas Computers makes it happen!

Joe is very approachable and knowledgeable about my 2012 MacBook Pro. He quickly diagnosed the issue and was upfront about the cost to repair. He replaced my battery, keyboard, and repaired my motherboard. He maintained good communication throughout the process and offered advice where needed. He sourced quality parts and offered warranties on the parts. I will return to him with any future issues and refer anyone in my network who has issues with their Mac or PC.

This shop is CONSISTENT! I was referred a year ago when I cracked the screen on my laptop. Here I am a year later. I found a work from home job and needed help setting up my station. My mind went to the young man who had earnestly helped me before. I called the shop and explained my dilemma. I had to be set up by the next day. Joseph was so kind and helpful. He made a house call and it was worth the money. If you need a trustworthy computer shop, THIS IS IT!

Loved that not only was the store local, family owned, but that they really do enjoy what they do. To me personally, that is one of if not the most important thing. I don't think anyone would want someone unhappy messing about with their electronics and barely being helpful. Here, they were patient, asked, and more importantly answered questions, and as a bonus, they had a really sweet dog. So if you see him (the dog), show him some love lol.

JasComputers. I'll be a customer for as long as the doors are open along with the rest of my family. I can't stress enough how unreal the deals are for the product on the shelves and how quick the staff are to hear your PC needs with the knowledge on which PC is best to fulfill your needs. So I went in because my buddy works there and I was having some troubles with my hard drive. My drive failed because my board burnt up. I brought them a new board and new boards won't work without having the ROM chip swapped out. Brandon swapped out my ROM chip in a timely manner and my dead hard drive is now alive and I was able to recover and backup all my needed files! Thanks again Yall are the best!

Wish to give 0 stars . Took my kids laptops to be fixed and when we got them back the camera and speakers didn't work anymore an this place wanted more money to fix what they did . and then after that 1 caught fire while my 9yr old was working with her teacher . this company blamed my kids and wanted even more money... Well they won't be getting another dime and if I could afford it I would sue them.

This is a great business. The owner is courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. My PS4 would not turn on or receive power. He had it fixed while I waited and watched. He had it working and put back together after cleaning it within 10 minutes. Reasonably priced and lower than his competitors and his work comes with a warranty. I highly recommend Jas Computers for any system failures that you may have.

I want to commend the integrity of the people working here. My wife brought in a computer that I had worked on and given up on. They told her that there were no issues and it booted up fine. This led me to discover that the monitor was the faulty part. They were honest and sent her away without charging her anything. They could have easily done "fake" repairs or charged a diagnostic fee. Kudos.

Great place for any computer issue! Took my gaming rig in to fix a memory blue screen issue that plagued me for weeks. Took it to Jas and a little over a week, I had it back and it runs better than ever! Super professional and helpful, and was real nice. Would definitely recommend and will be bringing in my PC in the future for upgrading my rig!

Was sold a bad xbox one. I took it in to get fixed within his warranty period. After a month of him not returning my calls or texts I went to the store were he yelled and threatened me ultimately refusing to honor his contract of full replacement. He kept the unit and gave me nothing! He did this all knowing that I'm a disabled combat veteran!

Tech Joseph done a very good hard drive replacement and Windows update for me. The turn around was quick and the communication kept me informed. I have returned to get a LogiTech computer camera for online sessions. I have received excellent service at fair prices. I recommend stopping by this computer heaven...

This is a great place to buy old and new computers and computer parts. It's a family owned business and they do computer repairs as well. I have visited this place numerous times and the selection is great! You can get all the necessary parts to rebuild or repair a PC here, as long as it's available.

The owner is friendly and very knowledgeable. Prices for parts and labor are reasonable. And he went the extra mile to fix my computer even telling me how to repair it myself should I have the same issue again. This is by far the best computer repair place I've ever did buisness with.

Had an issue last Saturday with my motherboard that caused my PC to stop booting up everything that was connected to it. I called this company, and they were able to patch it up like it was a non-issue. Highly recommended if you need local PC repair or need parts to be upgraded.

My computer was completely flooded, fluids were spilt on it and he compensated for the part and at extremely good prices ,he got it all taken care of in a timely manner it is now working better than ever. Overall I had a great experience and if need be will return in the future

This was literally the best experience I have ever had dealing with a laptop repair company. The gentleman running the store was very respectful and very honest. A repair that should have take a week only took 30 minutes because of his knowledge and expertise.
