Nice surroundings, sadly not so nice atmosphere. After reading how professional you were we booked but I was disappointed you did not ask preliminary questions re physical health issues. Something professional people have asked when Iv previously had massages (lots over the years in UK Ireland, Egypt, Marrakech) I found receptionist quite rude, no eye contact, curt and not friendly at all. I told masseuse about my spinal problems as she did not ask before massage, and although I requested a firm massage I specifically asked NOT to touch my spine. This was ignored which caused pain and I had to remind masseuse NOT to touch spine a few times. The massage was firm on muscular tissue which did help. The one hr massage lasted 52 mins @ £40. Tbh I felt tense due to interaction when booking and during massage. My partner and I were on holiday in Lpool and were intending to book 2 massages each while in Lpool. I thought perhaps they would make more effort perhaps on 2nd visit (after all they have alot of very positive reviews) and I give them benefit of doubt but quite relieved when they said they were off nxt day because we were both in alot of pain for rest of week and Iv not been able to straighten my back all week. Sorry ladies but I found your attitude from inception (my ringing to meeting face to face) quite rude. You asked why I wanted separate room from partner and were talking between yourselves about us in Thai. A massage should be a calming experience with friendly people. My cousin trains masseurs and had told me once before that you should NEVER press on the spine..ONLY the muscle tissue so I'm afraid despite several positive reviews (of which I based my choice on) I can not hand on heart give a positive review :-(

This place used to be good and reliable, but for the last year or so their service has gone really downhill. They’re constantly making mistakes with the bookings; I’ve had 3 or 4 mistakes with my bookings in the last year. Let me get to the waiting times... I used to get my massages on time but now you’re waiting 5 to 10 minutes.... oh, they actually start your time of your massage from your waiting time; they don’t add time to it. So for example: if you get an hour massage, it’s technically only 40 to 45 minutes because of the wait times and how early they finish. For the past 4 massages they have finished my massages early.... like 10 to 15 minutes early. I’ve had around 20 massages from them in the last 3 years... so I’d consider myself loyal. As I said, they used to be amazing, but they’ve got new staff in the last year. When you do get a massage, it’s pretty good... but that doesn’t excuse their poor service as of late. One more thing.... I rang up to file a complaint but the girls over the phone were having none of it. Yeah, they said sorry... but it seemed like they didn’t care. They even hung up on me. There’s no way I’m going back.... not until they get back to their good standards.

Payment was taken first. Rude how ot was approached aswell. Appt was running 10mins late. (was only booked in for 30mins anyways) no form was filled out (my first time there) asked me half way though massage if I was allergic to anything. (good job I wasnt) Its no were near my first massage. But it was my first time here and they didnt explain what to do or anything so if you have never had one done before. Good luck! They are not professional. They dont no what there doing. My partner gives it a better go an that's saying something. The bed was so uncomfortable. No hole to put your head had to hold my neck up. Massage was so rushed not calming at all and didnt listen to anything i said and i walked out worst off still with all my knots and tension in my neck, shoulders and back. So if you thinks it's a good price it's because your paying for what you get. AWFUL!! Cheated on my normal place because it was £10 cheaper. Learnt my lesson.

If I can rate it zero I would. By far this is the worst costumer service I have experienced. I believe the receptionist name was Waan. I called for an appointment for the following day and told her I wanted it at either 3 or 4. She replied with call us tomorrow morning when you make up your mind( with a VERY rude toms in my opinion) and hung up the phone on me. I called her again asking why she hang the phone on me when what I meant by my question which time they had available either 3 or 4 she hung up the phone again. I called 9 times with same inquiry and I received the same response each time. Luckily on my 10th attempt another receptionist answered named Jasmine. I asked for her friend’s name and complained to her what happened and told that I will write the worst review her friend will ever see. Justifiably I did.

My experience in Jasmine Spa wasn't that good, first I called the spa to book a massage. A woman answer on the phone.. everything was fine since she asked me my name, I said it.. But when I want to correct her cause she said completely another name.. she was like "yeah yeah yeah " sooo ruudee.. I didn't like it. Anyway, I get to the spa, she makes me wait 30min (I book for 3:30, was 3:20, I came 10min early). Nobody was there, I was too embarrassed when I should relax .. The massage was ok, to be honest I feel good after 60 minutes of full body massage, even if the massage was painful for a medium massage. I don't recommend..

Verry painful and as everyone says, they are not very welcoming and do not talk to you too much. I’m not sure that’s because of the languages or if they are. The rooms are clean and nice but the bed is not special for massage with that head hole. You can’t make payment by card, only bank transfer or cash (and at the phone nobody told me that). Thai women are usually very famous for massage but I don't understand why they don't improve their services. And it’s true that they don’t ask you if you have health problems. I wish to leave a positive comment but this is not the case.

We haven't been for our massage yet so I can't comment on that but from the outset the customer service has been second to none! I was purchasing gift vouchers and there was a problem with one of them not coming through. I contacted the spa and the lovely lady who answered said she would look into it and call me back. The owner called me back and the issue was resolved within an hour. I've had no problems at all and we're all looking forward to going next weekend. :)

Myself and my partner booked at short notice this evening for an Oil Massage, we had a lovely warm welcome from the ladies, they left the room whilst we were getting changed and was happy to speak to us throughout the process. Their experience is outstanding. Highly recommend and will happily return when in Liverpool next. Honestly cannot fault their service at all. Thank you, we left feeling like we could float on air.

Each lady had their own technique so I didn't mind that. However, everything was a rush - we were rushed to take our clothes off and then was told the timer (1 hour) started the moment we were inside the room?! 1 hour was about 45 minute at best as the 15 minutes was basically you having to take and get your clothes back on. Also don't advertise you do massage longer than 1 hour e.g. two hours when you don't do it.

I used to come to this place at least once in a month. But now It’s impossible to booking in! Honestly i did call for booking in for more than 5 times and it’s on different day. And always fully booked. I think they just not checked the diary or maybe don’t want to do the work. 1 or 2 times maybe it’s fine but it’s all day. No matter you called them even right after their opening times, the answer is “FULLY BOOK”!

Professional clean and beautiful clinic. Not bad value IF you get what you ask for. I booked in for a 1 hour full-body thai massage and got a 50min (not very relaxing) leg massage and barely 5min on my upper traps (only after requesting it at the last minute). Felt a bit ripped-off to be honest. If I wanted a lesson in self-massage and a remedial sport massage on my legs that is what I would have booked-in for.

Very talented and athentic Thai masseuse work here. I come here once a month and always happy of the service. I would recommend to call up to make a booking as the peak times are usually fully booked. The place is clean and well decorated. There is a shower also. Staff are very friendly, caring and EXTREMELY HARD WORKING as they put in a lot of effort even if it means them becoming sore.

I phoned up 2 weeks prior to attend for me and my fiance to get a full body massage and got told no need to book just to call on the day and not to worry about the timings we would be seen. So I phoned up on the day to be told they where short staffed and I couldn't get any appointment so there was nothing they could do ..absolutely fuming. Terrible customer service .

I had an amazing first Thai massage experience. I wasn’t sure what to expect as this was my 2nd massage ever, but I was made to feel very comfortable. I have a lot of muscle knots and tension in my back so it was great to have these worked on, and a few days later I can feel the benefits. I will definitely be going back when visiting Liverpool. I booked a one hour massage but had to change the time of this due to an emergency. I gave one hour notice of this change. The lady on the phone was extremely rude and wouldn't let me 're book an appointment for the following day at 5pm. When I called the following day to book again she hung up on me several times!! Jasmine Spa is Thai Massage centre run by Thai ladies. Authentic massage for great price. They do vouchers as well. Visit has to be booked in advance, usually day or two. I bought two vouchers as birthday gifts and heard only satisfaction.
