This is an absolutely fantastic company. Hands down the best shopping experience I have ever had. Before I went to JaxCo, I stopped at one of the name brand furniture stores first. Their sales people were like vultures, spent an hour aggressively pushing a sale on me. That was an instant red flag and I practically ran out the door at the first opportunity. JaxCo had the same sectional couch I wanted, so I headed there afterwards. The experience was night and day. Their staff were available, friendly and extremely helpful, answering all of my questions without any hassle. Ryan had me taken care of and out the door in 15 minutes tops. Alex delivered it for us yesterday, and once again, wonderful experience. He brought our huge sectional up 3 flights of narrow stairs by himself, taking great care not to damage the couch or our home. He was on time, friendly and explained what we needed to know before he left. Best of all, JaxCo had the exact same couch as the big retailer, but it cost hundreds less. After delivery and warranty, they saved us nearly $600 in the end. Will absolutely recommend these guys to anyone looking to buy furniture in the future.

The people at Jaxco are amazing. They were so nice and helpful. Donovan was my sales guy and he was informative and patient with me. I was there for hours and couldn't decide which sectional I wanted. We have been looking for something for 4 months now. I asked so many questions. I even sat on the furniture and texted my husband and called him few times. Donovan was not pushy and gave me time to make my decision. I picked one sectional thinking the other one would not fit. I came home measured and put chairs where the sectional would sit and decided I wanted the other sectional. I called Donovan and made the switch. I have dealt with other furniture companies and the outcome was never in my favor. I decided there’s got to be somebody out there that can do a better job than these big name brands. I came across a JaxCo and was so thrilled to go in there, meet my sales person Angie, and found the perfect furniture on a Saturday and got delivery on a Tuesday. She worked diligently and fast to make it happen, knowing that I just moved into a brand new house that I bought with no furniture in my living room. I REALLY enjoyed my experience at JaxCo Furniture with Ryan. I found a table on FB Marketplace which turned out to be at JaxCo. Ryan messaged me and suggested that I come in the store to which I did. Ryan was very helpful, personable and doesn't come off as a salesman at ALL. The item I was interested in was about $100 less at JaxCo than where I originally found it so I was definitely going with JaxCo Furniture! My interactions there made it all worth it. Even when I brought my husband in, he also was impressed with the interaction he had with Ryan. I definitely suggest visiting JaxCo for their great furniture but mostly the service you'll receive.

We weee able to discuss our vision and Jaelle not only have is options but helped put visuals and offered phenomenal advice for both color, placement of furniture, as well as recommendations for accent pieces and brought life to our vision. The pricing was fair and they even worked with us a bit to help us stay within our budget. From the moment I walked in to the show room I had the most professional treatment. The sales rep, Angie was very knowledgeable in the products. JaxCo Furniture was the first store I went to in search of a couch for my apartment. I looked at other stores, but the inventory, availability, and assistance here was the best I found. I love my new Sofa and Loveseat! The delivery guy was awesome very friendly and professional. Chris also made this experience an ease. I ordered over the phone and he answered all of my questions needed to make my decision. My only issue is that Ashley didn’t ensure that there were no stains on my furniture. I've been sleeping on a foam mattress for the past 3 years... Met with Mike McCann and received unbelievable help with finding the best mattress for my needs in no time. Helpful staff/owner provided information without any pressure to sell. We found a couch relatively quickly on sale and in stock! Delivery happened today and was professional and right on time. A computer glitch at store charged me twice but the owner found it and reversed it. Quite pleased with the quality of the couch, the price , and timely deliver.

The staff absolutely wonderful causal returned in a prime time I was given all of the information that I needed it was delivered at the time that they told me that it would come and actually arrived early the gentleman cleaned up behind themselves they were polite and quiet and Mike the owner was an absolute godsend he was so professional and helpful

Brandon provided quick and courteous service. He gave us time to look around at livingroom sets and noticed when we passed certain products. When he met back with us to check-in he geared us back to the living room set we passed and that ended up being the set we purchased. Tomorrow we pick up our new set and can't wait to have a family movie night!
