An unassuming boba spot in a lavandería that makes delicious boba! The boba was sweet, fresh, and perfectly chewy. The red guava tea is unique in flavor and very refreshing. The original milk tea (with almond milk) was the perfect amount of sweetness with roasted brown sugar syrup at the bottom. Do not skip this place!!! More

From all the boba drinks I’ve tried, the drinks from Jays are the best. My husband got the cookies and cream smoothie and I got the original milk tea with tapioca. We loved both drinks. On top of that, the owner is super nice. My husband and I came from the north side and we will definitely be back. More

I been all over Chicago, West Suburbs and east, south side trying Boba teas. This is not all what the reviews say about how good this place is . I was disappointed.!! Really hoped it was good as the reviews suggested. Maybe just good enough for the locals in the neighborhood . Laundry mat was dirty..

I really liked this place, it is so low key but they really know what they're doing. They have limited options but you can do a lot with their milk teas, fruit teas, smoothies and coffee by mixing their flavors. I tried the coconut milk tea with tapioca and it made me very happy.

Nice boba location located INSIDE the laundry mat. The prices are great, drinks are delicious, the staff is kind, and the drinks are made quickly! I loved their Thai Tea with Tapioca and their Vanilla Bean Smoothie definitely will continue to go here!

We just found this place and wanted to try it out. We ordered 6 different drinks. Delicious! Great little place for refreshing drinks. It's inside the laundromat so that was a bit awkward but still great. Can't wait to try other drinks. More

Such a cute hole in the wall boba shop! I got the Thai iced tea and it tasted very good. The tapioca itself had a nice sweet taste as well. I’ll definitely come back to check out more flavors! More

New, solid boba spot! I’ve had the original milk tea and mango smoothie, both of which were refreshing + satisfying. They had great flavor and a good sweetness level. Jay is also very sweet:)

There is no food but great bubble tea. I take my kids here all the time. The guy running it is very friendly and gives great service in a timely manner. More

The smoothie is so good! I'm so glad I found a place that actually make a matcha smoothie that taste like matcha and not bunch of weird sweet stuff.
