So I'm gonna be Honest Jay's Jay's is a good clothing store in general, But I have had not very nice experiences with this particular one. First off I'm not happy with the fact that i'm not getting the most very welcoming service from a lady that works there. She is been very patronising and her body language is not the nicest very disrespectful and be mindful about this if you come here to buy some clothes sometimes you won't be treated very nicely or feel not very welcome into the store. It's also happen to a relative that just wanted to find something in their size they are the most polite person they simply went to get something in their size and the lady who works their was very patronising towards my relative who doen't go there very offen and that day we felt very upset and I was very annoyed about how my relative was treated the lady just throw the bag a little aggressivly and said Here You Go now bye have a nice day and a kind of rude matter wasn't not happy about that and happen to a friend with a Disability who has trouble with change and the worker was giving an off look at them and had an attitude just because of their Disability. Another experience been snickered at and Sarcasm with a sarcastic matter because simply ask about the price of something. Another experience is huffed at and eye rolling and foot stomp because I simply go to grab something in my size underneath the clothing. Honesly makes me feel like not coming back here because all I feel when I come to this place is bad vibes rudeness inconsiderate rudeness and sarcasm not the most welcoming to go into a store. Not very happy at all about this. I suggest going to another store if you happen to receive simular experience with workers it''s not the most polite at all to go into a store.

My husband & I both purchased numerous items earlier this month. We were fortunate enough to have a wonderful young lady named "Simone" at the Harbor Town store & she was brilliant. Simone attended to numerous customers & expertly manoeuvred between each person with ease, she was very helpful, thoughtful & kind to each customer while maintaining a bright, bubbly attitude. Thanks Simone for your amazing service. Jay Jay's, I sincerely hope you value Simone for the incredible person she is as any company would welcome her with open arm's. Oh yes, 1 more comment to JayJay's:- please don't overload Simone as I honestly can not see anyone such as the lovely Simone constantly working so effectively on a regular basis. Therefore in my opinion your company should hire more staff to attend customers when there's a sale advertised.

Clothing was great however service from one worker wasn't. One of the girls were wearing a Rick and Morty jumper and she was really lovely, however I got served by "pam" as said on my receipt, but the girl was wearing a blue shirt with the genie on it, she was incredibly rude, throwing clothing on the floor violently saying "f***ing annoying" which scared me and gave me anxiety when she walked over to serve me. Don't feel comfortable entering the store again.

I have really never been one to complain, and I love Jay Jays. But there's one specific worker whose turning me away and I haven't come in for a while because of that. The older, blonder lady is always so grumpy and angry. She was so rude to my mother last time she was in so I feel like I have to say something. All the other staff are lovely and I'm sorry they have to work with her. EDIT: After looking at her receipt, the name was Pam.

I do like this clothes shop However one staff member is not very friendly, no hello or anything. If you are going to work in customer service you need to be friendly and nice towards customers otherwise maybe don’t work in a role that is all about customer service and talking to people all day. If I’m not made to feel welcome I Would rather spend my money elsewhere. ☺️

I took my son into the Noarlunga store recently, and was greeted by Elliot. I can't praise this wonderful young man enough! He made the experience for my son so easy and fun. The best customer service I've experienced anywhere ever! Thank you so much Elliot...you're such an asset to your store.

I visited the colonnades store on Monday 29th March. The best part of shopping there was the guy working behind the counter. He was so nice and so helpful. He is a great fit and an asset to your store.

I picked up some cute kids cartoon piece of clothing here so it's awesome for that ,also the leggings are amazing and last year's on without colour fade or loss of stretch . Love it

Kicked my friend out for “stealing” because of her race. She was just looking at shirts and the assumed she was stealing and kicked her out because of her race.

The man behind the counter is always super helpful and considerate. He's such a lovely guy, always a pleasant shopping experience being served by him.
