I switched to GEICO because they had reasonable rates. After the first 6 months my insurance raised 4 dollars. I called and the agent gave me a round about answer stating things like the neighborhood I live in can increase rates. I do not live in a bad neighborhood and my car stays in a garage. Now my insurance has gone up another 4 dollars. So I was paying 95 dollars when I first started and not even being with them a year it is at 105. I found that to be ridiculous, so I called again and got the worst customer service I have ever had. The representative did not help me at all and said it was due to inflation and if I wanted to go somewhere else I could. I understand I can go to a different insurance company but I wanted to stay with GEICO and for them to help me fix this issue of my rates raising by 10 dollars and I haven’t even been with them a year. My insurance rates never raised when I was with Allstate and now I think I need to switch back to them. The representative was extremely rude and made me feel really awful about giving this insurance company any money. If you are thinking about switching to GEICO I warn you not to.

Gary at gieco has no interest in finding out that the auto shop they recommended is commiting fraud. He also argues with me over what is damaged on the car because his buddy Joe at #giecoautoxpress is inflating prices and then not doing the work caused by the accident of the Gieco customer that was High at the time of the accident. Their excuse is normal wear and tear so they are not fixing it yet have already been paid by gieco to fix it. Rear-ended at 40mph while I was stopped at a red light with my two young kids in the car and all he wants to do is replace a bumper cover yet charged gieco insurance over $2500 for repairs. I drive my children to and from school over 80 miles each day on the freeway and the cars rear end AFTER the accident sways all over the freeway at 60mph... They will not fix it even though it drove straight before the accident..

Went in to pay my bill with a check. They took my payment and stamped it payed and gave me the check back. Didn't pay attention to my bank, but turns out the check never even attempted to clear my bank because the information they took to process the payment was wrong. I was never notified and as a result my policy was canceled. I'm now running in circles with customer service to try and get this situation resolved as I have been driving my vehicle without coverage since the 5th. I am extremely disappointed in the staff that processed my payment for causing this mess in the first place, and Geico in general for not taking ownership and just getting the problem fixed. My options are to continue to drive without insurance until they "look into it" or accept a lapse in coverage and start a brand new policy at a higher rate than I was paying. Thanks

Had 5 autos insured bye these people for 8 years. When one my vehicles got stolen these fools here in al Albuquerque said I stole my own vehicle. Then this joker come to my business and in front of customers accused me of lying that my vehicle was stolen Then wanted proof that I even had this vehicle when I insured it. Threw him out of my business. 4 maths later still trying to get it replaced. Never got returned calls. Finally got someone at corporate office to talk to me. To this day I am still waiting for there investigating to end. There prices are good but if there not going to have your back what good is that. I'm out a 8000.00 dollar car. Don't buy this insurance at all in Albuquerque . What a rip off. All those years making those almost 300.00 a mth.

I needed to make a change to my policy and kept putting it off because I had a bad experience at my last insurance agency and did not want to go through that headache again. Admittedly, I waited until the last possible minute and expected to be chastised for waiting so long. I was pleasantly surprised that not only was the person I worked with friendly, informative and helpful, but they made the change to my policy in no time flat. In fact, they even informed me of a simple change I could make that would save me money. I highly recommend this agency and plan to keep my policies here for a long time to come.

Jay Lapierre and his staff are the kindest, most sincere and honest insurance agents and office that I have ever dealt with. He was professional and patient in dealing with every question I had. Most of my experiences in dealing with insurance offices are negative and I leave feeling like all they wanted was my money. This could not be further from the case with Jay and his team. I felt welcomed in his office and I got the feeling he really cared about finding me a deal that was good for me and not his bottom line. I will no doubt and without hesitation recommend Jay's office to all my family and friends.

Was browsing for quotes at different companies and from the day I was quoted from Geico I have received a never ending wave of spam from them. Multiple calls every day, along with emails. At this point I would never, ever use Geico even if it was hundreds cheaper than the next company. I have never seen such a ridiculous amount of spam from one company. Must be hurting for customers if you need to harass people. Anyone who does not want to deal with a mountain of spam, and obviously stupid employees who continually call, recommend Progressive.

I was encouraged to bundle to get a price break, I did and than got billed through a separate company after having paid the agent directly. I would have appreciated transparency from the agent. However, the front desk attendant was helpful and was asked to install the drive right app, helpful and nice but the whole online app ball n chain are not preferable. I do pay a very high rate due to being without insurance for several years prior, and I didn't find my voice to refuse the app or bundle IIt pays to be informed.

Very hard to deal with, they will try everything to make sure not to pay when you are need of help even as far as to try and pin it on you to pay higher rates. And now for me, they changed my address without notifying me, I found out when I was going to make a payment and it had gone up. after having them for awhile with the information. now, first time I use insurance worst experience ever! Now trying to fix thier mess up. anything to make a buck! In need of an Honest Insurance Company!

i have started using geico for my auto and renter insurance needs and it has be such a pleasant experience. the quality of options i get for the price is definitely worth it! i had the pleasure of dealing with the agent by the name of Sam Crozier and it was a positive and rewarding situation. He was very professional, courteous, friendly, and helped answer my questions to get the right services! i would highly recommend going to this local office for all of your insurance needs!

Insured with them accident and ticket free for over 6 years with minimum liability coverage on my vehicle. Went to a different company, got a cheaper rate for full coverage AND renters insurance combined than I ever paid with GEICO. When I canceled my policy they offered to lower my rate, it still didn't come close to meeting my new rate, and now they keep pulling their payments out even though I've canceled. They are unhelpful and rude. Would not recommend to anyone.

My rates kept going up and they said that was just standard business practice. Other words the cost of doing business. When I told them I was switching to State Farm then they wanted to negotiate and said let's see what we can do. I would suggest you be proactive in the future you'll keep a lot more clients that way. I was a great customer for 6 years and rates kept going up. Now I got a lower rate and better coverage. Oh yeah I also get roadside assistance

Do Not use this agency !!! I was dropped during the Hermits peak/Cows creek illegally they had already accepted my money then the fire started 3 1/2 weeks after during evacuation they sent a letter that they knew the 2 answers to.To this day I never got this letter even if they sent we were out for 5 months but I sure did get the cancellation policy letter.No phonescalls no emails nothing !! There’s still legit out there just not here BEWARE GodBless

I love this Geico office. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful to me. If ever I call an agent they usually answer and if not, they call me back the same day. As the commercials say, I did end up saving money when I switched from my old insurance, Farmers. I highly recommend coming to this Geico branch to get a quote because they will definitely do all they can to get you the best price. I give them five stars.

I'm giving them five stars because of the fact that when you call after hours you would expect to get some kind of inquiry of what you're looking for in the prices. Went online to get a quote for auto insurance. A little more expensive than what I'm paying at AAA so I closed my browser and went on with my day. Since then, I get at least four calls a day from this agent. He doesn't leave a message though. Way to NOT get my business. As if calling once and not leaving a message was bad enough, FOUR times a day?? Nope. Do better. But don't wast your time with me.

I just got an email from geico saying they ran my credit and basically upcharged me because of it… I have really good credit and because of that they wanted to charge me double what a lot of other insurance providers charge, please keep that in mind when your shopping for auto or any kind of insurance through this company. I honestly could not believe it and will be taking my business else where.

Not only does Geico have the most magnificent Mascot of any company serving Insurance services The multiple times I've had occasion to reach out and speak with a rep they have been courteous, knowledgeable, and empathetic to my issue(s). Seriously though, they have been wicked helpful and I appreciate customer service in this age of automatic phone menu services.

I am about to be 16 and my mom and dad took me into the office so we could see what we needed to do to get me insured to drive. I was a little confused at first but they broke it down for me so I would understand what it meant to be insured and the costs that come with it. Im happy my parents took me with them so I understood that part of being a driver.

I contacted this number last week and I signed up a policy,I signed a full coverage of 169 and I just realised that they signed a comprehensive for me and now my pay shot to 242,on contacting them they did nothing and referred me to a different number. Poor services

I love it. They’ve always handled my claims without hesitation and urgency. When I felt my bill was too high, they looked for additional discounts and ran my insurance credit worth again and got me lower rates without compromising my coverage. Highly recommend!!!
