My husband went to Jayesh florist in willesden green to order some flowers for me. As we mainly use that florist for all ocassions and have done for over 15 years. But however after today's experience I will think twice about using this florist again. I would like to share my events that occurred today. Which will make me think before choosing this florist again. I went into the willesden green branch to order my wife a gift for her birthday. As I wanted it to be delivered to her work address I was Googling it. Once I gave the gentleman the details I put my phone on the counter. I made my payment. Then I went back to the office and realised that my phone was not with me. I call it and it rang 4 times and then got cut off. Tried again and it was showing switched off so I went back to the florist (roughly 6 minutes later) and I asked if anyone handed in the phone or if it was left here. The gentleman behind the counter said "no 1 has handed in a phone I've only got my phone here!" And showed me his phone. I asked if someone can have a look at the CCTV footage. He said only managers do this said he would call me on the number. I stated how can you call me on this number and so i gave them my office work number and went back to the office and called the mrs to get the phone blocked. Speaking to one of my colleague who was with me at the time when I went to the florist said why don't I speak to the owner directly to get viewing on the CCTV. I called the florist and asked to speak to the owner, I was told by the same gentleman behind the counter that he cannot give his number out to anyone with out asking him. I was also told that they looked on the cctv and after viewing they saw me leaving with my phone from the point I took it out. I mentioned at this point I have notified the police and EE. They said theres nothing they can do. Just after putting the phone down 4mins later i got a phone call on the office line stating they have found my phone on the floor outside next to their jayesh florist signage. I was very pleased about this but felt bit unsure of the events. I went to the shop and the same man whom served me gave me the phone and explained he found it next to the signage and switched it off(point to note). Went back to office called ee Got phone unblocked and found out my phone had been factory reset. Mrs called jayesh florist asking for jayesh and contact number which was given straight away. She explained to him what happened and to get back to me after viewing of cctv. When I received the call from owner I was told they looked on the cctv and they had 3 customers come in all this time and usually people hang around in the cafe some irish off nature was at counter who might have picked it up. Quiet strange .....let's see what the public make off my events today from my statement. Please help me spot the defects in this story again not accusing anyone but just don't make sense. Phone was off before hand Upon collection was told phone found and switched off. Left next to the sign board in one piece all in tack. Well got my phone back but pointless I guess as all data gone. Now I have the task to restore years worth of friends contacts and networking information.

****MUST READ**** A long detailed review Initially I visited this Jayesh Florist Monday 4th 2021 and the flowers on display were weltering and of poor quality. The florist had left so I returned the next day. Tuesday 5th 2021 I return and I place an order for a blazing beauty gift box. Considering I was the only one in the store the wait to be served was substantial I could overhear that Raj the customer service / receptionist had placed an order incorrectly which he was trying to rectify. Eventually I was served and told my order would be 15-20mins. So, I paid and said I will pop over to B&M over the road and come back. I returned to the worst bouquet ever, no value for money and could have spent £10 at Tesco and got better. I said this bouquet is not as described and I’d like another. Raj told me its how its supposed to be, just take it and leave. I said absolutely not! He said, some of the flowers that are included in the arrangement are not in season and we have tried our best to use alternatives. I responded, I have placed 5 order with you personally previously and professionally I know the co op funeralcare use this company for all local arrangements and your telling me, when I placed the order you couldn’t inform me what Flowers included in the arrangement were in stock so that I could make an informed decision whether to proceed with the order or select another bouquet? Raj began to shout and I didn’t back down either however I reminded him that I am indeed a customer and his mannerism are our of line. Eventually Mrs Jayesh popped round and to enquire what the problem was and agreed to make another arrangement. Which was still not as described (see pictures below) however by this point its approaching roughly 45mins -1 hour and I knew that the damage was done, I would no longer be using this florist. I will also do my best to facilitate change so that others don’t either as I firmly believe that customer service, value for money, are fundamental for customers and both were missing and this occasion. In credit to Raj he did apologise for his attitude and the way the he spoke to me which I accepted. I also apologised as I could have kept my composure despite his abrupt, discourteous manner. However shortly after this Raj proceeded to ask me a variety of questions such as, “what was that that you about co op funeralcare?, what's my relation to company?, what’s my name?, what branch do I work at? as he makes it his duty to know and everyone that works in their.” Safe to say I told him I wouldn’t be providing him with any of this information. However, this barrage of questions made the whole apology seems disingenuous. Its appeared the fact that you apologised was to preserve your partnership with the co op funeralcare as opposed to your bad customer service, which is just abominable. In closing, I feel that the website needs to be updated to reflect what is sold. (Reduce the false advertising) EDITED

The flowers sent were dead and I attempted to send the pictures of the dead flowers, Customer service was very appalling and the staff were very rude and called me negative words such as a liar which offended me and i asked politely for them to apologise, however continuously offended me. furthermore, however refused to comply and were extremely negative towards me as I tried to talk politely with the staff member. he also lied to me about the opening times of the flower shop as i called at 6:30pm to bring back the flowers but instead manipulated me on behalf of the shop closing at 6pm which is written on the business card that the shop closes at 7pm. I do not appreciate the way i was treated by the staff team as they did not attempt to help me neither at least apologise but criticised me and calling me a “liar”.

Please DO NOT purchase flowers on the phone from here. See below 'vibrant mix' of flowers. I have called to complain, however keep going round in circles with a gentleman named Roy. These shrubs cost £32.50 We were going to buy off a bigger retailer for the same price but decided to support a local business. Please do not purchase from here, unless you are picking something up in person. Below is a snippet of the email response: (just wanted to add on the phone no stem counts were discussed - and please note these shrubs are classed as 'vibrant colours') "This arrangement was prepared according to stem counts and as you requested in any colours so we arranged in vibrant flowers." Just wanted to add that the label msg that was printed - clearly their printer ran out of ink and was shoddy!

POOR SERVICE. Horrible experience! I called them a week in advance to sort out some flowers for my cake order, they told me that they have the type of flowers I need and in the colour I requested ( i sent them a picture of the flowers I want and the colour via email) Absolute liars! I went in and they have NOTHING and tried to say it was my fault. I called in several times to double check and made sure I can rely on them but it was the biggest mistake. It is such a let down when you trust a business for something very important and they let you down like this. They are also very expensive for something that’s not fresh and worth it! The manager never helped at all, in fact he was very Very very rude! Worst florist i’ve dealt with so far, such a disappointment.

Do not expect to be treated respectfully! This greedy lot kept the flowers and the money I paid for them, and I'm sure they sold the flowers as they could not have been unsaleable within the 24 hours since I bought them then asked for a refund due to the rude way I was treated. They ruined my 21st wedding anniversary surprise for my wife. This happened in June 2017 and even on my wife's birthday in January 2018 they were still ignoring my emails asking them to supply another set seeing they had refused to refund me. This lot are hiding behind the law that says flowers are exempt from refunds because they are perishable items ..yet they sold mine on and have the cheek to say that customer satisfaction is guaranteed on their website !

I ordered a Dazzling Mixed Planted Hat Box online to be delivered to our daughter in-law who had just come out of hospital. When she sent me photos of what she received I was very disappointed, daffodils were dying and nothing looked fresh, all plants very tired. Complained by email requesting a replacement but didn't even receive a reply. Would not recommend. UPDATE I have been contacted by Jay today, saying they have tried to deliver a replacement but unfortunately nobody home, it will be done tomorrow. Jay was very apologetic and we are very pleased with the response, had we been contacted earlier I would not have posted the previous negative review. Thanks to Jayesh for rectifying this quickly.

I cannot thank Jayesh Florist enough who provided the flowers for my mothers funeral. When ordering I was given many options, and was offered many different examples for my choices. The ordering process was so easy. Jayesh Florist called me a few days before the funeral, to update me on the flowers, and to inform me of a few changes they made to one of the items I ordered. The changes were welcomed, I have to say that Jayesh Florist went well beyond what was expected, and when the hearse arrived the flowers were absolutely beautiful. Thank you so much, and your efforts are much appreciated by the whole family and guests who also commented on how good the flowers looked.

I spoke to Jay regarding 'DAD' lettering for my fathers funeral and he seemed very knowledgeable. I saw the reviews after and at first I was a bit put off but I was so happy with the friendliness of Jay that I decided to go ahead and order anyway as I work in customer services and I am fully aware people are more likely to comment negatively than positively. Anyways, I'm so glad I did, the flowers were absolutely beautiful and looked exactly how I wanted them to. Thank you to the team for working and creating such a beautiful tribute for a family member. They suggested ideas and literally created the best outcome. I asked for a bone tribute and within a day it was delivered. Balloons as well as red and blue roses I couldn’t have asked for a better team to work with. Truly recommended!! We had the pleasure of working with Jayesh and his team during our wedding events last year. Due to the situation at the time, we had very limited time to re-arrange our wedding celebrations. Jayesh was very flexible and delivered on all fronts, from the mandap/ decoration flowers to the bride's bouquet and buttonholes. The colours were exactly as discussed and brightened up the space. This place is a rip off my partner ordered me flowers for Valentine’s Day. I wasn’t home so the driver phoned me, I told the him I won’t be back until 2pm so he said he’s leaving them at the door and unfortunately they were stolen and on top of that they had the bloody cheek to blame me!!! saying I said to leave it there which I would never do knowing there are thefts in my building they didn’t get back to me so I had to phone them again and they were so RUDE down the phone they are DISGUSTING VILE PEOPLE!!!!! don’t waste your time or money no refund no apology nothing.

Used Jayesh to get flowers for my auntys 60th Birthday. They got the greeting card wrong. By saying 50th instead of 60th. Also spelt some names wrong and spelt "prosperous" as "Prosfaris".Absolutely embarrassing and i felt that i was in a 3rd world country. The greeting font was also written in CAPS. They did not even have the courtesy of apologising when I emailed them about their errors and asked for my money back. Do not use them and certainly do not give Raj instructions on the phone as he cannot comprehend english to any level. Card photo attached

Ordered a lovely looking basket to send to a relative in NW4 . BUT had a call asking for more for the delivery charge. When I looked at the web site it quoted £7.99 for all London postcodes. The caller asked for a total of £9.99 which is national delivery. Pity. 20181212 I took a picture of the website (ie used phone to take a picture of my display with the current date displayed) at the time. Have up loaded it and it will show that the website information for this company is erroneous. If it does not display I will post the details.

I was sent a bunch of Rose's that died after a few days.. I was given a replacement same thing happened. When I contacted them the second time no one returned my calls, I sent several messages and nothing. I recieved lots of flowers around the same time as it was my birthday and all of them out lived even the replacements from here. I regularly buy a lot of flowers for both personal and business use so understand how to care for them i would never use this company both quality of flowers and customer service is way below acceptable.

Used the service for the funeral of an old school mate Stephen Brown in North London, a wreath was designed to replicate his old school badge. Nearly two to three thousand attended the service where the design was placed in full view of the service. Everybody commented positively on the accuracy of the design. The customer service provided was second to none and I would most definately wholeheartedly recommend using these florists again. Thanks Jayesh and his team, you will never know how much the design was truly appreciated.

I recently used Jayesh Florist to produce funeral flowers for my late grandmother (Baa). The service was excellent and the flowers were fresh and beautifully arranged. Jayesh was extremely helpful in advising on what floral arrangements work best and was always in communication with me on the status of the order. They were very accommodating to any last minute additions and changes to my order and took care of the flowers being delivered to the funeral directors. Would highly recommend! Great service and beautiful flowers.

Do not order from this place shocking service! Delivered the flowers 4 hours AFTER the funeral when we paid extra money to have flowers ordered before 10am so there was more then enough time before the funeral began the flowers were sent to the neighbours house at 4pm 4 hours after the funeral!! No apologies no offer to help or refund as my family use these regularly for occasions i would expect some form or apology or refund as a lot of money was spent and tried to come up with all excuses with no evidence!! Never again.

Jayesh Florist filled the interflora tributes at my late Mother's funeral. They delivered a total of 7 tributes and they were all absolutely beautiful and different from each other. They made 3 separate deliveries and each time were extremely courteous. One of the tributes only had a message but no name. I telephoned and the gentleman that I spoke to took the time to search through his records and supplied me with the interflora reference number and I was eventually able to trace the sender. Thank you Jayesh!

Jayesh and colleagues provided a very thorough service. They have great customer service and took great care and attention in terms of my order and the arrangement. Every question I had, they were able to answer and spent time with me over the phone to explain the flowers and different options. Always providing good advice along the way and very friendly. They were also able to deal with last minute requests. I was very happy when I saw the flowers and would highly recommend their services.

We used Jayesh for the flowers for my mums funeral. The flowers were absolutely beautiful, and so fresh, we couldn’t have been more pleased. The staff were so friendly and helpful and listened to exactly what we wanted. They arrived on time, and even now two and a half weeks after my mums funeral they are still on her grave and only just started to show signs of withering. Excellent florist, excellent service, lovely people, we will definitely be getting flowers from here again.

Jayesh Florist did the floral arrangements for my mother's funeral on 23/12/20. I dealt with Jayesh directly and must say the service was great. He was patient and empathetic at the time of ordering, helped with suggestions but wasn't pushy. I ordered just before 2nd lock down and was concerned that the look of the flowers would be different. Wow. I bought some last minute mothers day flowers to be delivered same day for my mom and she is very hard to please but she was extremely happy with the flowers, they were very fresh and colourful. It looked exactly lime the picture on the website. Spoke to a guy before the flowers were delivered and he was very polite and professional. Would definitely recommend them..... I found the florist online looking for a place local to hendon. Although for a sad occasion and was unable to go to the shop in person due to distance my order was handled efficiently and the process explained to me which made me confident I made the right choice. This is what happens 4 days after purchase! I purchased flowers twice in the same week and both flowers which I spent good money on ended up looking like this. No wonder the reviews are so bad! I should of stuck to my local place in Edgware Broadwalk Shopping Centre. I should of gone to Asda or Tesco. Better survival rate there!

Absolutely awful ! Flowers ordered for a funeral. Arrived a day early, messy looking, condolences message was so messy it looked like it was written in Chinese, however they did ensure their company details were perfectly clear and also gave us another complimentary business card! How very professional!

Absolutely glitch free!!!! My daughter now lives in London and we are in Canada. Every once and awhile, we like to send her a "thinking of you" bouquet. So glad to have found Jayesh Florists. The delivery was quick and the website is very user friendly with a wide variety of items to choose from.

Ordered a £60+ wedding bouquet from this store but looked like a toddler could have done a better job. Flowers did not look fresh, price did not match the quality. Service and sales tactics were questionable. Would not recommend. Jayesh Florists is more for profit than quality.

If I could give less than a 0 review for this shop I would ! Never had such bad customer service from an establishment in my life and the attitude of the staff in general was disgusting. Overpriced faulty product sold to me then I was told it was my problem AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Terribly disappointed. Felt cheated. The 75£ wreath was pathetic and letters small and ordinary. White chrysanthemums with blue irises (plural) ordered. Just one single iris on the wreath. Really mean - the funeral spoiler. Avoid.

The Best Florist in London as far as I am concerned. Had flowers delivered from them and also have sent flowers from them and was never disappointed. Their flowers last so long in comparison with other Florists in my area.

I'm all for supply and demand and supporting family businesses but on a valentines day 10 pounds for the single rose and 75 for the bucket I think it's a bit much! Will never come to this family business again!

Jayesh was totally accommodating, we decided as friends to get tribute flowers arrangement and he organised it so well and listened to all our requirements. He even delivered to the funeral directors direct.

Utterly terrible service. They deliver to the wrong address, recipient ends up receiving dead and wilted flowers three days later and they take no responsibility. What a let down, never recommend these guys.
