Whilst trying to find a florist who could cater for my wedding, I came across Jazz Flowers simply by chance and I am so pleased I did. The flowers were absolutely breathtaking (see photos for proof) and were more beautiful than anything I could have imagined. Lilli and Ellie were so so patient with me - taking the time to talk me through their vision, listening to what I wanted and being able to incorporate changes at the last minute.. Unlike other florists that I have approached, Jazz Flower's speed of response was amazing - nothing was every too much trouble and every communication was responded to within 24 hours. Amazing really, as not only are they a florist catering to the general public, but also offering additional services during which I can imagine has been an incredible busy wedding season. This was one of the main reasons that I initially decided to go with them. Their fantastic customer service Thank you so much to the whole Jazz team - but a big thanks to Lilli and Ellie, I don't think my day would have been so special if I had not found you two. I have definitely found a florist for life.

Walking into the venue and seeing the GORGEOUS, bright, colourful, fun and stunning flower arrangements was such a special moment. They really felt like us and suited our overall wedding vibe. You transformed the venue into the exact 'glam, modern dinner party' I was envisioning for our wedding. You were also able to match our flowers to the venue's own seasonal fake arrangement perfectly!! I had complete faith in your team from the very beginning and I loved that I could just trust your judgement and really did not need to give too many details at all in the planning! The whole process was seamless, despite a lot of work on your end I am sure, you made it VERY VERY easy for us!! It's so nice to visit a local business and be served by someone who enjoys what they do and is happy to go the extra mile. It makes such a difference to the overall service experience and that's exactly how Jazz Flowers were on my visit to them today. I had ordered flowers for my wedding anniversary and popped in this morning, just as they were opening, in the hope I could pick the flowers up earlier than planned. The florist was more than happy to oblige and I was massively impressed as she raced around and put together the most fantastic rose bouquet in a matter of minutes. They have certainly won me as a loyal customer... highly recommended!

Flowers not delivered first thing in the morning as I was told when I ordered 2 days before. When I phoned at lunchtime, I was given the usual excuse of my having spoken to a new assistant & also told that ‘last- minute’ orders couldn’t dictate time of delivery. I don’t think 2 days is last minute. I was also told that the sunflowers would be £2.50, the taller flowers would be £3 and delivery would be £6. I paid £40 for the bouquet & when it eventually arrived, it contained 4 sunflowers & 3 longer stemmed flowers (£19). Added to the delivery charge, this would amount to £25 so the greenery must have cost £15! A little expensive, I feel

I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such terrible customer service. Not approachable at all and just a really disappointing albeit short experience. I was asked to move out of the way, as the staff member was packing up for the day, although Google hours are until 6.00pm (so perhaps check that) - it was not even yet 4.30pm. I am actually still in shock! Never seen such a miserable person working in what should be a happy place. I’ve already placed my order for an event tomorrow with a different local florist who helped me with what I needed within 5 minutes over the phone.

I had a fantastic experience with Jazz Flowers, all thanks to Ellie and Lilli. They were incredibly organized and responsive. We discussed my vision of a slightly asymmetrical, English garden-inspired arrangement, and they executed it perfectly. The final result was stunning, and I couldn't be happier. The quality of the flowers and the knowledge of the staff makes my experience with Jazz Flowers perfect every time. I have lived around the corner for the past 10 years and without fail, every month Jazz Flowers delivers and fills my home with the most beautiful bouquets. They also organised the flowers at my wedding, we had a very specific idea of what my husband and I wanted, and Ellie understood right down to my mothers fresh floral fascinator. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

A very good and reliable florist. I've ordered flowers online and they arrived exactly on time. Not once. No problems with contact with the shop. They make really amazing bouqets, exactly like shown on the pictures and you can choose the size. Fresh flowers, competitive prices. My friend, whom I sent flowers, was very delighted and happy. My husband, when in London, also buys flowers in JAZZ FLOWERS shop and he's been so pleased with how kind and helpful the staff was.

Jazz Flowers did an amazing job at our wedding - from start to finish we felt totally looked after and the quality of the service was a very high standard. Ellie and her staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and guided us through everything (as we knew nothing about flowers). All of the pieces prepared for the day were absolutely beautiful and I couldn't recommend them enough - it was also lovely to work with a small family run business.

Ellie and the team were so accommodating and supportive from the very start. From initial consultation, they listened to exactly what we wanted and were able to deliver beautiful flowers that hit the brief perfectly. Forgot my mother's birthday until the actual day. Phoned Jazz flowers and spoke to a very understanding lady called Janet. She promised to deliver the flowers within the next couple of hours. My mother called to thank me for the beautiful bouquet. My thanks to Janet for getting me 'out of a sticky' situation and providing such a wonderful product and service

Not happy at all with the service my wife received the other day. Staff was not friendly and clearly annoyed by being asked prices of individual flowers which btw extortionate, £2 for single carnations and bunch of tulips for £15. Also some of them didn't look great. We are not returning again and not recommending to friends and family.

Jazz Flowers were an absolute pleasure to work with! They provided beautiful flowers for our civil and religious ceremonies. They were able to cater to two very different colour schemes and themes in one day ensuring that each ceremony felt distinctly beautiful. Their pricing was very reasonable and they were very helpful throughout.

I bought some flowers recently for my girlfriend and they were amazing. She was so pleased with the result, Jazz flowers were really helpful adapting to the brief and delivering a really unique and beautiful design that was excellent value for money! Jazz Flowers are incredible. We asked them to design and create our wedding flowers and they were out of this world. I couldn't rate more highly. My Mum had to order flowers for my sister's last minute as they were stranded in London due to COVID 19. I got some flowers from here as part of a special voucher deal. I was greeted by a rude member of staff who seemed to think it was above herself to serve me. The flowers looked pretty poor quality and they charge £10 to deliver 3 miles away. avoid!

Expensive and not fresh flowers. Disappointed. £40 for this bouquet for Mother's Day. There are many nicer other flower shops available in the area. Waitrose and M&S offer fantastic bouquets.
