Jeff did some electrical work at our house. He was our next door neighbour. He charged us around $6,700 for some work replacing old power points, installing lights and setting up the new kitchen oven hood. He went on to install six cheap looking oyster lights after I said that I wanted to choose my own decorative lights. He then charged me $2,900 cash, which I paid. He told me verbally what he had done. When the renovation and painting was finished a couple of months later, he then wrote up a final bill for $3,100 charging me to hang the decorative lights and install heated towel racks and kitchen lighting. I asked him to detail what I had paid the cash for, and he would not give me a list of the work that he had done. I believe that he charged me twice for a number of the jobs. I was also concerned about the way the bathroom fan ventilated into the roof cavity. I would not recommend. In reply to Jeff's comment below about the building company, I have made a complaint to Fair Trading. I do not believe that there was indecisiveness at all, just adapting to the issues.

Shaun and Andrew are absolute gems in their field. We asked for multiple lighting fixtures and power sockets to be fixed, moved and replaced, and they all did it with complete ease. They're reliable, clean, friendly and efficient. The work they did in our office is such a success that we asked them to pretty much replace every lighting fixtures that we have. 5 glowing stars for this duo and to the whole team at Jeff's Electrical. I would like to say that Shaun from Jeff’s electrical has been by far the best electrician I have ever worked with. I had an emergency at home resulting from a switch that kept tripping. I was also planning to install a charger unit for my new electric vehicle but was told by Tesla to refer to a list of accredited repairers. I asked Shaun from Jeffs if they could install the charger and he said they have installed many charges so I gave him the go ahead. He did a great job in finding the cause of the tripping switch and installing the charger. Great service at a reasonable cost. Easily recommend them.

I found Jeffs electrical to be an exceptionally professional business. Jeff arrived on time to quote and explained what the work would entail. A written quote was provided in 48 house and the work completed on the appointed day. The work was excellent. Shaun and Andrew were on time, friendly and courteous. Jeff's team are everything you need in a trades service. They are reliable, fast and not only get the job done quickly they assess what else needs to be fixed!
