Jeremy Navarro and his team were an absolute dream to work with! After my husband and I decided we wanted to sell, the whole JNRG team moved quickly. Jeremy visited our house on a Saturday morning, he gave us a few pointers and had a professional photographer scheduled for the following week. Jeremy did a great job hyping up the property across several social media platforms. He created “coming soon” posts with teaser photos before the property was listed. Once the property was listed, everything was updated on social media, Zillow, and MLS. Jeremy also announced the listing in a newsletter and sent out an email campaign. Jeremy and his assistant went over how to accept/decline showing appointments, and we had 3 scheduled the same day the property hit the market. A few days later, my husband and I went out of the country on a planned vacation. I communicated with Jeremy’s assistant, Rhonda, when the property would be unoccupied and available for showing and she took over approving the showing requests. Several days into our trip, Jeremy called to let us know we had an offer at full list price! He and his team were quick to send us electronic documents to sign while we were away. Jeremy made sure to keep things moving right along, even while we were out of the country. When we returned, inspections and appraisals were scheduled and completed and the rest is history. As we moved towards closing, Jeremy and his team did a great job communicating exactly what needed to be done to stick to our timeline. Ms. Rhonda checked in with us every single Friday to see if we had any questions and to wish us a wonderful weekend. The selling process was easy with JNRG, but the buying process was even easier! Even though the house was empty and they had full access, they would always call to let me know when they had scheduled someone (photographer, inspectors, etc.) to be there to ensure it was OK to enter. Most importantly, they would intermittently call to ask if I had any questions. Jeremy gave me an estimate of how much I would receive once we sold the house. They exceeded that amount by over 20%! Jeremy and his team sold the home with what felt like minimal involvement from me, yet they kept me fully updated on the entire process.
