Needed a few last minute pizzas for some extra food on Christmas night and this place was open. Ordered via UberEats. We ordered a deal with 3 pizzas, a garlic bread and drink, $68. The driver showed up with 1 pizza with someone elses name on it. The driver knew the order was wrong, I knew the order was wrong but he said "that's all they would give me". We then called the restaurant together. I was put on to someone who seemed like the owner in a very bad mood. He decided to abuse me and tell me WE were both wrong, not him, screaming and telling me he didn't make the mistake and to "deal with it myself on the app" I understand you'd be busy on Christmas night - possibly understaffed - but that customer service is unacceptable. We took the single pizza meant for a "Sarah" ... it was garbage. I wouldn't even give it an unbiased 1/10. After reading other peoples reviews on this place, it all makes sense. Gave the delivery driver a nice tip though, Merry Christmas.

If I could give no starts I would. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this place at all, don’t know where they got their 4 starts from. I’ve been here twice and both times I can say there are a health hazard! Im heavily pregnant and the wedges where raw plus the sour cream sauce was yellow… they put the sour cream sauce in the wedges which made it go off! Plus for a small wedges it’s a rip off because they only give you 1/2cup of wedges in there. The garlic bread was burnt (had black on top) but not even crispy? (How is that manageable?) They charge $3 for topping and forget the one topping my husband asked for. The o oh thing they got right was the drink. When I called to complain to the “bosses daughter” as she claimed, she didn’t even offer a replacement, refund or anything and Wasnt remorseful. Your lucky I didn’t get sick from there. Highly don’t go there… there’s better places around.

I'm an Uber delivery driver and I went to Jessie's pizza around 3.11pm and was picking up a chicken parmigiana with chips. They said that the wait time would be 5 minutes but the wait time was ended up being 12 minutes. Uber drivers do not get paid for wait times. The 2nd issue I have is that the store owner passed me the order without a plastic bag to hold the items. I advised him I can not take the order if I am not givin a plastic bag because the food will spill in my thermal bag on the way to the customer. Then he said to me " do not worry it will not spill, it's just chicken parmigiana and chips". And I responded " I do not want to risk spilling the food". Extremely unacceptable since i care about my customers dearly. I will not be coming back to pick up an orders from here again.

Had recently ordered a Chicken Parmigiana and Pollo Pasta from this place. I just did not have time to cook and was not expecting anything extraordinary when I ordered. But the Chicken Parma was one of the best I have had in recent times and was comparable to a few of the very famous Italian places in the CBD in Lygon Street. And more surprisingly good was the pasta as well. I had thought the pasta would be so-so after I ate Parma and I still ended up finishing it all by myself. To make it even more perfect, the chips along side Parma were very well prepared as well. Not the usual chips you get at other places which seem to be prepared more often than not as an afterthought. I had ordered a side of nuggets as well which were also really tasty. So all in all, I would definitely recommend this place if not for anything else then atleast for above dishes. Enjoy!

If I could give a negative star review I would. I have never been more disappointed in a pizza shop. The service from who I would assume is the manager is disgraceful. First to call and ask what meal deals they have and to be told to look online. Then to call an order pizza to be given nothing but attitude and to be told that my order was to big and I should have given him more notice is disgraceful. To then receive pizzas that are soggy, cold, no flavour and disgusting. I wouldn’t feed it to my dog.

Despicable! Ordered 2 basic pizzas, told an hour wait for delivery to next suburb! Pizzas arrive more than an hour later and they were soggy!! Sent pizzas back and called shop to speak with manager (He declined to speak, without ANY explananation) Not enough drivers to cope with demand, unfortunately not enough experience and NOT worh the hassle for a family to feed.!. Don't waste your time on a business only wanting to line their pockets, with no respect for customers time OR money! 2 minute noodles a winner in this scenario!

I ordered my first home delivery pizza from Jessie's yesterday (having just moved to Mernda). I chose a marinara pizza. I loved it and thought it was one of the best pizzas I've ever had. Loved the crust it was so tasty and crispy. I will certainly be buying more pizzas at Jessie's as the pizzas are good and it's so close and convenient. Thank you Max and Madonna.

Poor quality pizza, service was average. Wait time was way longer than expected. Couldn’t hear the staff at the front desk over the top of the balding guy preparing the pizzas yelling and screaming. Everyone looked flustered and staff running around after him everywhere. Stuffed up our order because he was all over the place, very unprofessional. Terrible experience would not recommend.

Horrible. Pizza's arrived cold & we're less than 10 minutes away. Crust was thin & burnt in some places. Asked for and was charged for extra cheese but they put less than the standard amount (no extra) The pizza's were tasteless. And to add I can't stand it when people put onions on an Aussie pizza.. They put ONIONS instead of Egg! These guys can't make pizza to save their lives!

We bought large Indiana pizza for the first time today. It was mindblowing. We are never going to Domino's ever again .Lol. The filling was good enough, upto the edge, the edge was crusty and well cooked. We've never felt so light after having a pizza it was because this was so carefully made. Very disappointed in there service, ordered 2 large pizzas and upon pick up was told we couldn't get a drink or garlic bread, when in there brochure and out the front of there store, they advertise 2 large pizzas you get a 1.25L drink and a garlic bread. Yet they refused to give us that when we came to pick up. Don't display something and then not diliver!

I should have avoided this place looking at the 3.8 rating. Like many of the recent other reviews our Pizza also had a funny smell. The garlic bread was very ordinary too. Also don't even dare to dine-in, other than couple of table-chairs they don't have any utensils/napkins etc.

Some small changes could make this so much better, great crust, nice salad dressing, but too much cheese not enough varied toppings, the ham and pineapple had 1-2 pieces per slice. Salad was half capsicum which we don't like and no Greek salad option, still am ok meal but May be some tatziki on the lamb pizza, more veg and there .

Just ordered a Margherita Pizza. It tasted like hard burnt dry bread with salt on it. I called in just to give a feedback. The girls response was " Thats how its suppose to taste" . Their Chicken and Avocado pasta was absolutely disgusting. There were no mushrooms, like it says so, and the chicken is not even real chicken it's processed and tastes foul! I will never order from here again not even their pizzas because that pasta alone represents the quality of their food to me!! Ewwww

Such an amazing experience with Sal the owner. We had pre-ordered 20 pizzas for saturday afternoon and Sal had them all ready to go right on time (early in fact). All the pizzas were cooked perfectly and many of our guests commented on the great quality and taste. Definetely recommend Jessies Pizza!

Great pizzas! My personal favourite are the pasta's! I bought the fettuccine pollo chicken and was super happy with the quality and freshness of the pizzas! And of course was at a great price for such a large serving! Fed me with leftovers for lunch the next day! Will definitely be returning!

Paid for a gourmet pizza and received a sub-par ready-made microwaveable pizza. Ingredients didn't look fresh. On the contrary, some of them had mould on it, toppings slided off the crust, the crust was burnt from the sides and was hard to chew. Disappointed and never coming back again.
