A young girl served me. I gave my order and I explained that I needed to transfer funds from one account to another and it would take me a few minutes. I sat down on my phone and some time later the young girl said for me to pay so she can put the order through. I paid and waited outside the glass door within 1 metre so she could see my and she did notice me a few times. After waiting for a considerable amount of time, the owner asked her what I'm waiting for. She then grabbed a pizza from the top of the oven in a box and said "here is your pizza". I asked why the pizza was waiting for me when I clearly was waiting for it. Even though I was the only customer. She said she didn't know it was for me. Such terrible attitude from her. If I see she isn't working there any more, I may return as it is my local pizza shop. Highly Don't recommend. Reply: who asked for a free pizza. Even if one was offered, I wouldn't accept it as the issue is with the service of a young girl. To be honest, I feel sorry for her because if she can't "get it right" in a pizza shop.... what future does she have. Poor thing.

Longer than expected service time (quoted 20 minutes, took ~28 mins), and a relatively high price for the quality of pizza. Also ordered pineapple as extra, paid extra for it but when I got home it wasn't there. There are many shops in the area which offer better pizza at better prices. I understand rising material costs are hitting everywhere, but I can think of multiple pizza shops in nearby which are cheaper for better quality, and faster service. I used to go here many years ago and appreciated the unique style of pizza on offer, and always enjoyed the pizza, moreso than any other place. I tried it again today and was unfortunately very much disappointed. I hope this was a one off bad experience, but I will not be returning to find out.

Lots of options for pizza toppings but they are fairly basic. The lamb gourmet was the nicest one I’ve tried so far and will work my way through many. Chicken and pineapple was my least favourite because the chicken was processed. You can also buy other food then pizza. Drinks available. Order in advance if you like but they take no more than 15 minutes which is great. Staff are absolutely lovely. Wheelchair friendly. Kid friendly. Good parking out the front. Open long hours for those hungry pizza lovers out there.

Ordered a family pepperoni pizza which wasn’t cut properly and had barley any sauce on the base. Also ordered $9 “cheesy bbq fries” which were over cooked, hard as rock chips drowned in cheap bbq sauce from Coles and a tiny handful of shredded mozzarella which wasn’t melted. I could have made them better myself at home. Super disappointing and such a waste of money. Will not be ordering from here again.

Ordered 730pm over ph gave address and ph number. I called back 840 wondering where pizza is. They not only written down wrong address but also written down wrong number. Oven turned off already... no dinner for me tonight. Terrible! Recommend whoever answers ph to repeat ph number, address to avoid repeat Update- to their credit they gave me a $20 voucher to make up for it. Pizzas are always good. Jessie's Pizza offers very delicious Pizzas at a very chip price. Atleast once or twice in week I buy pizzas form there and I never get disappointed with the taste and quality. Always they use fresh ingredients which I can experience while having it and staff strictly follow hygiene guideline in such current pandemic situation which feels me safe to eat pizza from there. One of the Best pizza shops in Lalor. Love to eat Pizzas form there.

Very bad customer service! They pick and choose who’s order they want to do first! I ordered a simple smoothie! 25 minutes later my smoothie had still not been even prepared. But they kept on taking and making new customers orders. And when I asked about it I was told still waiting..Very unprofessional!

Quite possibly the worst pizza I've tried in my life, came here with a friend one night as other pizza shop inside plaza wasn't open and regretted it immediately. Fake toppings and overloaded with fake processed cheese to cover up the poorly used ingredients. Although the staff were nice I would not recommend for someone looking for a decent pizza.

Been going to this pizza shop for years and it’s always been top notch. Tonight we paid $36 for 2 “LARGE” pizzas and a garlic bread. Safe to say in comparison to the usual size of Jessie’s pizza this is not a LARGE. It’s laughable that they would think it is.

Had an awesome experience. Great varities of pizza to choose from the menu. They have updated their menu and added new vegetarian range pizza. They had added wraps and burgers also. Excellent customer service. Never got disappointed from here.

Back in the past, under the ownership of an Italian guy this place was the bomb easily 5/5 on price and taste. However since times have changed alongside the quality I can't recommend plastic cheese and tasteless "ham".

My go to pizza place... Always great pizza and never disappoints.. Both the regular pizza options and the deluxe pizzas.. Also a nice side menu that includes many other dishes including wedges, chips, pasta etc..

The dough is standard, toppings are absolutely terrible. Obviously there cutting cost with sub standard cheese and no eftpos at the pick up counter. Yeah there cheap, I guess you get what you pay for.

Excellent pizzas for the price. Its a shame that the line is always busy :( maybe use a different technique on the pepperoni pizza salami on top of the cheese instead of underneath lol …
