I recently had a great experience at Jet City Animal Clinic and I feel compelled to write a review. I had been with my previous vet for many years but was starting to feel dissatisfied with their service. However, I was skeptical about finding a new place for my almost 16-year-old dog (Kadyn) until I found Jet City. From the moment I called to schedule an appointment, I knew I was making the right decision. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, making me feel like a valued client. During the appointment, we had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Blank, who is hands down the best vet I've ever encountered. Dr. Blank went above and beyond to make my dog feel comfortable. She sat on the ground and used treats and a kind voice to establish a connection with my dog. Before even examining my dog, she took the time to discuss the recent blood work I had received from my previous vet. She genuinely answered all of my questions and concerns, making me feel supported and informed about the next steps for my dog's health. Throughout the appointment, Dr. Blank took her time and didn't make me feel rushed. She made sure to address all of my questions and concerns before wrapping up the appointment. I truly felt like she cared about the well-being of my dog. Even during the checkout process, the front desk staff continued to be sweet and helpful. The overall experience at Jet City Animal Clinic was by far the best I've ever had. Finding a good vet can be challenging, but I am so grateful that I made the switch to Jet City. I can't emphasize enough how satisfied I am with this experience. I highly recommend Jet City Animal Clinic to anyone in need of a caring and knowledgeable vet. My puppy and kitten loves going there. Everyone is always super nice and helpful. Even on days that we didn't have an appointment but we were walking by, Sapphire would get excited and want to go in to say hi to everyone. We used to live few blocks away so it was super convenient but when we moved to Federal Way I decided that even tho it takes us about 45 minutes (on a good day) or longer to get there it's absolutely worth to make the drive. My furry babies are part of the family and knowing that they have the best care possible is very important to me. If you have a furry baby that had a bad experience at the vet you know that that day is not a good day for you either.

Absolutely wonderful. Lovely and calming office, convenient location, parking was easy, helpful and caring staff, costs seemed very reasonable for the services I had. The veterinarian I had was very helpful and compassionate talking to me about end of life care with my little friend, and we had a 5 star experience through it all. Even though my furry was a fairly new patient, I felt like I had been coming to Jet City for years. I also came across a book they had in their waiting room called “Old Dog” and it was everything I needed that day. Recommend.

It's hard to find words for how grateful I am to Jet City. We had to choose a new vet for the euthanasia of my sweet, reactive corgi. They treated him and us so gently- answering our questions (including through text), providing a quiet room with dim lighting, giving us time and space while also being a step away if we needed help. He was able to have a peaceful transition instead of a stressful experience and that is a gift that I will carry in my heart forever. Thank you so much to Dr. Blank and everyone who helped us.

Lovely office and friendly staff. However, when I asked the vet how the flea medicines being prescribed worked, or what active ingredients they contained, she didn't know! I'm pregnant and wanted to err on the side safety — so went home and researched Capstar and Revolution+. Both contain insecticides that are associated with a moderately increased risk of neurological disorders in children. If you are a doctor giving out medicine — whether for pets or otherwise — you NEED to tell patients the risks. Full stop.

Jet City has been keeping our animals happy and healthy for over 5 years now. They've helped us through the loss of 2 of our cats with such care and grace we left feeling completely supported. They discovered a life-threatening ailment in one of our young pups who thanks to their care and attention is now completely healthy and well on his way to becoming a grumpy old man. Love everyone who works here.

We always have a great experience with this vet for both our 11 mo puppy and our adult cat. They have excellent customer service and appreciate the check ins and follow ups even after we leave the vet!
