Might be the slowest help desk for JetBlue or any airlines ever. 3 clerks twenty people in line 1hr later. This is why people hate jfk. Beyond the traffic this is why people hate this airport. The lines, that are created by poor or understaffing is only a product of bad planning and bad training.
This is the worst airline company in the US. They canceled the flight before night and only offered tickets for the next day in the evening. And they do not provide a hotel, but we are with two children. we don't know what to do, this is terrible service.
