After such a stressful wedding planning experience during COVID19 restrictions and then abruptly having our wedding cancelled 3 days out by these restrictions, Nat really came to our rescue with her amazing timely and quality service, nothing was too difficult despite our last minute flower order and my specific requests for king proteas! Nat has a heart of gold and is full of compassion, and her flowers are the most fresh, vibrant and long lasting flowers I have ever come across! My experience with Jetty Flowers was brilliant. The first time I went in to buy a beautiful bunch of flowers for a special friend, I was so happy with the service. I suggested the type of flowers I was after but was not sure what would be the best. I was ordering these on the Friday to pick up early Monday morning. The lovely person serving me was very busy preparing for a Wedding but she still took all the time I needed her for, to work out what I wanted. I walked out of that shop very confident about the flowers this lady was going to put together. Monday morning I picked them up, they were the most beautiful flowers I've seen, Wow! I have since been back there and am so happy with them. I will always go to Jetty Flowers from now on, they're the BEST! Thank you ☺

Very poor business management. Rude and inconsiderate of customers. Worst customer service for a florist. Try Brighton florist instead or jetty road Glenelg florist instead. Fines also apply for parking illegally where it’s noted “no parking” you did see me. You had numerous annoyed customers unable to access the driveway. You acknowledge me and then kept unloading when you had already said you were done. You were extremely rude even when I said there was a baby in the car you then proceeded to go back to your car and unload more things. Not a professional way to run a business. Also I have purchased flowers for my customers from your business on numerous occasions when I sold cars in your area.

If i could rate more then 5 stars i would.... I am a customer from Melbourne and needed to send flower in Adelaide. After spending the day calling around i spoke to these lovely ladies who were amazing and so helpful over the phone. They helped me to organize a beautiful bunch of flowers, champagne and chocolates to be delivered for a wedding that sadly we couldn't make. They kept me posted with photos and delivery updates. I will be in touch for future orders and recommend Jetty Flowers.

Cannot put in to words the feeling I had when I first saw my boquet on my wedding day. All of the boquets were gorgeous. Aside from Nat being the most bubbliest and caring of personalities, she has an amazing gift to bring to life everything that I had imagined for my wedding day. My venue was made all the more magical by the beautiful centrepieces she created for me and her willingness to go the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect.

First time I’ve been here and will definitely be coming back. Greeted by 2 lovely ladies who were very friendly and helpful. Saw a beautiful colourful bunch of flowers and I explained that I have cats, and asked if anything was toxic for them. They knew straight away that lilies were and the lady removed them from the bunch and changed for different flowers, even gave me extra flowers and a free birthday card too.

Jetty Crew are the absolute best. We live in Brisbane, and Nat has always looked after all our Adelaide family and friends by sending the most beautiful flowers to them, and often at short notice. Not only are the flowers stunning, but we always get a photo of them being delivered.. this is SO appreciated living in a different state. Thanks Nat and thank you Jetty Crew!!! A great local business run by two lovely and friendly ladies. They were very helpful in finding me an arrangement that looked beautiful and the prices were quite reasonable for the quality of flowers. Was very impressed with this florist. Beautiful flowers at reasonable price. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a bit of difficulty delivering them but they persisted and got them there on time. ( I didn't know person had changed their name) so 100% and will definately buy from them again. PS chocolates were a hit too.
