I'd never purchase anything or get anything fixed from here ever again. The staff is not welcoming at all, they act like they are too busy all the time when there's barely anyone in there. They don't have a working phone, but charge that to the game. I brought in 3 necklaces to get fixed. One necklace they gave me back with the pendent scratched all up. One necklace had broke literally the next day, not even a full day of wearing it. The third necklace, they gave it back to me with the chain 3-4 different colors, its not even the same chain I brought in! I had to bring it back a second time and it was still an issue. I'll pay whatever money isn't the issue by far, but if I'm spending money I expect to get some value out of what I pay for. Shop at your own expense.
