I visited Jia Jia salon as i wanted green active peel done. I have never done any peel before this visit and i must say i was more than happy with the service. Jia Jia uses Alex Cosmetics and it is well known in Europe. Rebecca was an absolute pleasure and very kind and professional. I removed most of my pigmentation and my skin looks just refreshed and young. I trusted Rebecca completely as i came prepared, i knew quite a lot on how the whole thing will look like and she gained my trust quickly as she was very professional and projected trust. Rebecca did a great job and in both of my visits - you have a follow up visit, she made me feel like a vip. The procedure hurts, as expected, but the pain is still tolerable. First the herbs are massaged into the face and part of the neck for 10 min and after they are left on face for 20 min to penetrate deeply into skin. After treatment affected area gets cleaned and treated with cream and bb cream, which you take home together with cleaning lotion. You cannot wash your face and neck for the next 5 days, you can only clean with lotion provided and use the cream and bb cream 2x per day. I suggest if you are going to try this to wash your hair before and best day would be around mid week as first 2 days you can do everything normal- peeling starts on 3-4 day. You come back on the 5th day and the skin that has not peeled on its own gets removed by Rebecca. You as well get mask and very nice skin treatment before you are good to go. I am very happy with the results and would recommend this natural way to anyone who has any skin problems. Thank you Rebecca!

The experience at Jia Jia is always great, but today it was fantastic ! Rebecca looked after me during my deep cleanse facial. She did such a wonderful job of giving me a detailed diagnosis of my skin and how to battle any problems that I was having with it ! She was professional and very accommodating making it such a lovely and enjoyable experience. I will be back to get lots more treatments in the future I left leaving relaxed, rejuvenated and my skin glowing ! I can’t recommend this place enough and you get great value for money too!! Rebecca unable to resolve issue with private health fund rebate as one of her staff did not have a current provider number, this resulted in my husband unable to claim his insurance. So we paid upfront. They asked us to return on three occasions and promised to fix the issue of after her masseuse did not have provider number. She then blame Medibank and said "not her problem". This is after 3 years being her client! she then proceeded to call screamed and threw his money back, which she held for over 5 weeks. Failed in every possible customer service/recovery. Will not come back or recommend this place.

I've taken my daughter here a few times. Not for any beauty treatments, just for massages. Some of the girls are really good. The woman who is often on the front desk is very of putting as she is aggressive and talks too much. I have to wait outside and wait as she is definitely not a people person. My daughter had an exfoliation treatment with her and she was rough and talked non stop. To get to Jia Jia you have to walk past the nail bar opposite that stinks of formaldehyde. This is very unfortunate for Jia Jia.

The beautician could not explain the difference between “new expensive face mask” and “old face mask” they use and could not even tell what mask is that. Also I received a comment that my face is “quite dirty” (!) because my last facial with her was 3 months ago. I think they need to learn some manners... I came to them to take care of my skin and I don’t want to be shamed for not being able to come every month! Liked it at first but probably not coming back

Extremely disappointed with the waxing of my brows and even more disappointed with their reaction to my complaint. My eyebrows aren’t perfect but everyone else I have been to has always been able to enhance them NOT MAKE THEM WORSE!! No apology or attempt to rectify or reimburse me. I will NEVER go there again. Please refrain from responding to this complaint as it is clear from your reaction to me on the phone that you are not apologetic at all!
