This particular location was unprofessional. The workers stood around staring and giggling like little boys. One worker didnt put air in my tires or put the sticker in the window. The customer shouldn't hv to tell the manager what wasn't done when I paid for a service... People work hard for their money and want what they pay for

An excellent resource for basic car maintenance and repairs. The staff are friendly and professional. The area is clean and they work fast. Prices are reasonable. It is also nice to get work done in rhe neighborhood instead of a dealership . I just added an a/c charge to my oil change visits and am happy with their work

Two employees were arguing, which made me very uncomfortable because I don’t want any mistakes made while servicing my car. I was greeted by a young man who asked what service was being performed. He asked me to step out of the car when I asked why he had no problem with telling me why. This is a very well oiled machine. On a very busy Saturday they got my service done as quickly as possible. The manager Joe was very helpful to another customer a Vietnam veteran. I would like to specially commend him and everyone else at Jiffy lube on 31st and Halsted for an amazing job.

My experience with them is for my mom they fix one thing and mess up other things meaning my mom's Signal went out on one side and she asks them to change it or fix it while they were changing her oil because she ask them to fix it and they could not do it not all of them like that
