Discusting service. Staff are rude including Chris Stone at the Penrith branch. He has lied and being very unprofessional with the intirer experience. The property we signed up for was not cleaned at all, power points were falling off the wall fence falling down a/c full of black mold. We were told the house was fine and to deal with it. We had to take Chris Stone to the tribunal to get our bond and two weeks paid back, due to the poor management of this property. We were not only threatened by Chris as well as his staff, they lied and hung up on us every time we called the office. He has lied to landlords calling us tentents from hell and that we are notorious for taking people to court and do it for a living. Chris has caused definition of my personal character by telling people I am aggressive violent and dangerous and to be careful of me. He has made it his personal mission to make things very hard for us. Very unfortunate Chris Stone made a person vendetta against us to satisfy his our personal issues. Be very careful dealing with this company especially Chris Stone at Jim aitkin Penrith and Angie at Emu plains. Recently after seeing this review Chris has continued to attack me by making further threats to take legal action against me if I don't remove this review. He has place reviews on my personal business page to which this matter has nothing to do with. Very unprofessional.

Penrith Jim Aitken where do I begin!!! They were amazing at every turn. Their marketing was incredible, their staff were lovely, and their rates were competitive. We had our house on the market on the Thursday and it sold first open house on the Saturday! Our agent Brett Sutton was unbelievably awesome!! He was honest, upfront, no nonsense, funny, and went above and beyond to get us every penny possible. He answered every question I had with no judgment. He answered his phone every time I rang or texted. He gave honest advice that was not unrealistic to follow and was overall just a friendly and trustworthy block. Would honestly and genuinely highly recommend Brett to absolutely anybody looking to buy or sell!!

Our experience with Jim Aitken + Partners has been a very positive one. We sold our house in Glenmore Park in what was a very difficult market. We had to contend with fewer buyers in the market (for any number of reasons), similar properties that were newer than ours and buyers who appeared to have unrealistic expectations of a house that was 23 years old. Jim Aitken's agent that we dealt with, Michael Shorey, was very helpful in preparing us for the selling process. He remained optimistic throughout the selling period and was very diligent in keeping us fully informed through each step of the process.

I'm giving 5 stars to the staff & especially Shelly at high st Jim Aitken Real Estate. We wanted to rent a property through them & placed a deposit. Unfortunately due to my partner having to have surgery & maybe having to have surgery again, and myself doing my shoulder. We couldn't meet our agreement. I rang & spoke with Shelly & I no this placed them in an awful position she was very understanding although disappointed. I really hope this hasn't hurt our chances of renting through them in the future. But I still think that they are great lovely staff. Thanks Jim Aitken @ High St Penrith

My review is from the perspective of a tenant who is renting with this agency. I am a Sydney local, have been renting all across Sydney for 20 years. My tenancy record is exemplary throughout this time. As far as my experience with this agent, I cannot speak in positive terms. The small apartment I reside in is not habitable to the extent advertised, and as soon we voiced our concerns, all rules & regulations pertaining to the lease agreement seemed to spontaneously vanish.. My advice to prospective tenants would be to avoid Jim Aitken & partners.

I recently had my villa sold by Jim Aitken. My experience with Jim Aitken has definitely been above expectations. I have been dealing with Anthony Graham and he has guided me through this sale process professionally and he has been very helpful throughout this process and also sold my villa at a great price. Wonderful experience with Richard Stewart and the sales team at Jim Aitken Penrith this month. Richard went above and beyond to work around my crazy schedule often showing me through homes and taking calls well outside of business hours. He called regularly to check in and thoroughly explained every step of the process. If you’re looking for an agent to buy or sell, Richard is the agent you need!

I don't understand how there are so many positive reviews, after a family member rented in Penrith NSW during the past 12 months with many unresolved issues with the apartment. The Jim Aitken agency was answering calls but giving pre scripted responses as they obviously could not be bothered actually resolving issues with their tenant. Rent with caution...

I dealt with Dillon Blundell. He is reposed in very professional manner. Whenever we ask for inspection for they did arrangement, answer all our enquires. We bought property through them. They will say and do anything to sell at the highest price, good for sellers, not good for buyers. The lack of integrity and the lies that were told will always remain in our hearts. Never thought it was possible to experience such heartache and deceitfulness from a supposedly reputable business.

I had my block of land on the market for over a year before switching real estate agents to Jim Aitken and within a couple months Michael Shorey sold the property at a price I was happy with. He was professional and honest throughout the whole process and I would highly recommend him.
