I used this service 3 days ago, I have a mini suv and I paid $200 for a exterior wash, car detailing, steam cleaning of all carpets, leather treatment and steam cleaning of my baby seat. The detailing was excellent, the car was clean and sparkly HOWEVER my carpets were saturated (not damp) and my expensive baby seat was completely saturated, unusable! It was hosed down, not steamed cleaned. Lucky I didn’t have my baby with me otherwise we wouldn’t of been able to drive home. There is also a big ole sign saying remove your valuables, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and I didn’t remove my $40 in gold coins, they were STOLEN. Be warned! Dishonest and now my car stinks like a wet old shoe and is still not dry despite leaving all the windows and doors open for a few days. My baby seat is still unusable (still saturated) . I am so disappointed as this place came highly recommended from friend. Neither of us would return now.

I won't even give this place a 1 star....customer service is horrible. So today i got my car cleaned at this place. Car wasn't cleaned properly and one of the cleaners damaged my sun glasses by one of them placing it on the drivers seat and and not knowing they sat on it and denied breaking it and the owner (Indian guy) accused me that I broke it/its been broken before, after he saw it himself when i handed in my car that it wasn't broken and it was on the console. Disrespectful lair and disgraceful owner...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYONE to not come to this place because he will rip you off, its overpriced/ charged me $100 for a inside and outside clean which wasn't done properly. Will never come to this place. Bring back the previous owner is all i can say.

I have used pretty much all car washing places in Penrith. This one so happened to just be the most convenient location for me the other day, so thought why not. Wow, what a pleasant surprise when I turned back up to pick up the car. They took a little longer than originally thought but oh so worth it. The detail on the car was perfect. Inside and out. I am a fastidious car owner and would not let anyone else bar myself wash my own car, but this was my work car. I am so impressed with the detail that I just had to leave a review. There is not even a water mark left on the paintwork from dripping out of the mirrors etc, just a perfect job that I am 100% happy with. Awesome value for money too. Thanks guys, I will most certainly be back again!

Pre covid, I was a big fan of jimmy’s. Let did a decent job for a good price and good customer service. My last visit they ran my battery down (new car) to the point that I had to drive around for half an hour to get charge back in the battery. They also didn’t do a great job cleaning, not horrible but very average. I noticed it was a new lady who was running things not the main guy who had always been there. I decided that I would give them another chance, the same woman is there. She is rude and tried to charge more than the stated price. She tried to initially charge $65, then $55. The price for a sedan is $45, used to be $40. She played dumb when I spoke about the issue with the battery and I ended up leaving. DO NOT RECOMMEND

We paid $490 for a full detail and when we came back, we had to point out that there was still patches of dirt on the roof, the side panel, the back door, within the petrol opening cavity, the wheel rims, and areas in the engine were still dirty. We had to wait another half an hour to have this rectified and then halfway home we discovered a big wad of dirt between the seats and the gear shift panel was filthy as was the pull out cup holder. We should not have to check the work if you are professional and take pride in your work. Obviously we are not going back again and don't recommend anyone else go there either.

Been using Jimmy for years because I'm quite particular and they do a great job. No Jimmy today or any other familiar faces. At first thought none of the doors had been cleaned but on closer inspection, everything had been cleaned but done very badly. I'm extremely disappointed after spending so much. I'm going to need to take my car elsewhere to be cleaned again. Such a shame when I've been a loyal customer for years. Tried calling to talk to Jimmy but apparently he is away, which makes sense. The quality is just not there without him.

Just for a change from doing it ourselves, took the car in for a wash & vacuum - nothing too difficult, you'd think. They managed to scratch the bonnet, and somehow also managed to take the convex mirror off the passenger side wing mirror - fortunately, they put it inside the car on the seat for us to find. Just proves the old saying: If you want something done right, better to do it yourself. Don't see any reason to go back. Avoid.

Took my partners car in as it had flood damage throughout the car. Very impressed with the service, the car felt brand new when we received it back. It had a bad smell too which was completely gone. I took my car in a week later to have the same detailing done and am beyond impressed. Workers are also very professional and friendly, would highly recommend this business and will be returning for future detailing.

Super impressed with this carwash! Got an inside/outside wash of my very sorry ute and it was very reasonably priced and I got my car back absolutely spotless. They even got the tare spots at the bottom of the car which the other places don't do unless asked. Definitely the best job I've had done on my car. Very friendly people and very quick service. I will keep going there

Got a wash and vac done and a wax done, said would hand wax and polish for me. Said would do an amazing job. Had the car for the whole day and charged me $450 only to find dirty foot marks in the carpet and scuff marks through the clear into the paint. Totally destroyed the paint work. Will not return my calls and refuses to take part in any mediation. Not at all happy

Dishonest, go elsewhere. Went there today to get a wash and vacuum on my SUV. Sign says $40 however they tried to charge $80. He mentioned the $40 price was for "hatchbacks"...fair enough most places charge $5-15 more for SUVs....not double. Went to Green and Gold Car wash and got a wash and vacuum for $55...exactly what the advertised prices displayed.

Sad to say that this busines changed hands at end of 2019. i used to get all my cars done there and all 3 cars were $20 outside only, $40 inside and out and $79 inside and out with hand polish,,, went to get an outside only wash on my fairlane was told $40 up from $20,, that being the case I'll go to starwash, a sad end to a long association

Jimmy’s Car Wash is best ever. They have detailed my precious car before, and got rid of awful dog odour (from taking dogs to beach) Today arrived 830am. Jimmy said it’ll be done ASAP and they started cleaning almost immediately. Very cheerful staff and nice area to relax & wait if you want. All excellent and good prices.

Lady on reception was very rude. I paid $350 to detail my car. It was not detailed properly when I show them she said we can’t do this. If you want this much detail. You have to pay more. I don’t understand why they have price list. Money waste car waste preferred not to go again.

I have been using Jimmys car was for a few years now . Jimmy and his staff are very friendly and they go the extra distance to make your car sparkle inside and out, and his prices are so reasonable that I hardly ever wash my car at home anymore. Would recommend him to anyone.

Illegally doesn't take gift cards. All gift cards in Australia are legal for 3 years. Also the eftpos work, but they have a sign that says it doesn't in order to not pay bank fees or have it listed as a transaction. Easy way to pay employees in cash.

Had someone vomit in the car on the way to the hospital. They were nice enough to clean the car before I had to drive back up so my family members didn't have to sit in a smelly car. Did the job well, much appreciated, very reasonable price.

Excellent service. Got top notch detail done on my XV. Very impressed with the quality and price that was best suited for my vehicle. The car is 5 years old but it hasn’t looked this good since I bought it. Couldn’t recommend more highly!

Left stain marks on roof upholstery of a near new car. Claimed it was probably from coffee biting the roof, total lie. Have ruined the roof upholstery with no responsibility taken. Would never take my car here again.

Do not go here!!! Scammers!. Lied about pricing. Sign says $20 and then charged me $90. I asked them to show me anywhere on their signage or menu that said a wash would cost $90 and they couldnt. Stay away!!!!

Just got car washed here. For $40 and two hours they did a rubbish job. Got water marks everywhere, didn't vacuum properly and didn't even wipe down inside door trims.

I took an embarrassing dirty car and got it back perfect. All with a smile and quickly, even though it was a busy Saturday morning. Great. I'll be back for sure.

Jimmy runs a tight ship. He's very personable. His staff are respectful. My car is a pleasure to hop back into. I buy 10 washes at a time - it's cheaper.

I paid $70 but vaccum was not done properly and soap marks were still on the car. Staff was welcoming.
