I have been going to this location for YEARS now since they opened, and I can’t express how clean and beautiful this location is. There’s a really kind lady there, who makes the BEST Turkey sub with guacamole for me, and EVERY TIME she makes it, it is perfection! I so love visiting this location! Even the ladies room is always spotless. Next time, I’ll grab some photos—I swear this location’s bread tastes better than any other too! But the crown jewel of this location is definitely how spotlessly clean it ALWAYS is, plus the sweet lady who makes my Turkey sub. I cannot recall her name, but she is delightful and always takes such time and care in the preparation of the food there. She seems to always there during the lunchtime rush, so that is when I try to plan my visit since I know I’ll get one of the BEST subs! It is my favorite place to get a fast sandwich, and it’s great knowing that I can always count on this location to be spotlessly clean, and the staff are all so welcoming and friendly!!

Just ordered delivery from here 2 subs and a pickle.. the delivery took 25 min. Freaky fast, i think not. The directions on my order were not followed. I asked for sandwiches cut in half and they were not. I asked for a pickle cut in 1/4ths and it was cut at an angle in half. I called to discuss with manager the person answered the phone I asked for a manager he said he was(Joseph). He was very dimissive of my problems and did not offer to correct them or do anything to make up for the mistakes.He Said the delivery time was normal 25 minutes come on.. Just gave them another chance absolutely horrible. It was fast delivery this time, but How does this place stay in business. I Ordered the Lulu giant sandwich it had 2 pieces of turkey and bacon on it. . All bread save your $$ this place is 0-2 for me i won't be back!! Publix and Jersey Mike's right across the street you gotta treat your customers better.

Arrived at the restaurant last night in a rush to get a sub for my wife since this is one of her favorite places. She is a nurse and was working the night shift and she forgot her dinner so, as I was out and about, I went there to get her sub. Unaware that they close at 8, since everything else around it was open, I walked inside as the doors were still open. I was told that they close at 8. I looked at my watch and it was 8:01. I said "man, this is for a nurse for her night shift"; he flat out told me no. For a place the says "freaky fast service" I dont think it would have been that big of a deal to make the sub so I can bring it over to her. I dont understand why close so early when literally every other restaurant around it are still open which I ended up doing so I can bring her some food.

My associates and I were very disappointed in the response that we received when a complaint was filed. We placed our order online and yes the food was delivered fast, however it was wrong. Extra meat was marked on the order and I kid you not when I say that the majority of our sandwiches had half of the usual amount of meat. When .I reached out and gave them the chance to correct the mistake, I as told that the store is an independent franchise and a customer service associate would reach out to me. That was 2 weeks ago and I have not heard anything. I can't say that I would recommend this location or any of their others stores, becubec if they treat one customer like this, I imagine they treat more worse.

The food is good, prices are what you’d expect. I normally do a pick up order but every now and then I will do delivery. Their delivery is SLOW. I’m talking like at least 45 minutes before they will even leave the store with your food. I placed an order today for delivery because I do not have my car currently, it’s in the shop. I waited 30 minutes and checked and the app showed they hadn’t even left the store yet so I called to cancel. The guy that answered said they had 1 and 1/2 drivers currently…so you mean 1. I asked to cancel my order and he said “for 30 minutes?” Yes!! Jimmy Johns is “Freaky Fast” but this one is not.

3 strikes and your out! I have ordered from this location on several occasions and gotten my food within minutes (I work a mile from the store) but for the last 3 times I have ordered my food it has taken an hour to be delivered. I called today at 1:20 pm and ordered a sandwich for delivery and was told it would be right over. Now almost an hour later I call to check on the delivery and they tell me they don't see an order for me. If I were the manager, I would look into this .....if MY house had been on fire (ie commercial) it would have burned down! SO DISAPPOINTED!

I visit this location often picking up sandwiches for the work crew. They know me by name and always greet me by name / have my food ready to go in a box making it quick and easy. Out of dozens of trips, they've never missed anything on our orders. One of the best Jimmy John's I've been to!

I was super disappointed that JJs was closed but then I remembered! Policy dictates JJs is open 10 minutes after close! I zoooooomed my car over there and gleefully leapt out of my vehicle! My lady would have killed me if I didnt make it to JJs after grocery shopping! I worked at JJs for a long time so I was really glad I remembered this policy and... open ten minutes after close my butt!!!!! Shift 8 messing up our freaking brand 6.2.23 9:06pm

It's hard to go wrong with a Jimmy John's but this location is frustrating as sandwiches aren't consistently made based on what's on the ticket, i.e sandwiches made wrong, cut in half when not specified, etc. Training needs to be a focus especially with a jersey mikes and other options within walking distance.

i just called to order Jimmy Johns after seeing them deliver to someone else in my building. The lady that answered the phone said they do not deliver to my building right now due to construction. I asked her if she knew if there was another location that was delivering since I just saw someone get it 20 minutes, she said no and then hung up. She lost my business not only today, but i will never order there again.

I was externally disappointed with the service and my sandwich. The guy at the register was rude and didn’t acknowledged me when I asked questions. My sandwich had one very thin slice of turkey (no exaggeration). I pretty much wasted my money on bread and lettuce. The floor was disgusting and stuck to my shoes, and if I didn’t live so far I would have went back and got a refund. Do not go to this location.

The worst Jimmy Johns I’ve ordered from. I placed an order and it came back all wrong. I call to make a change and the guy that answered deliberately hung up on my and wouldn’t answer my calls after. I had to drive there to complain and his coworkers pointed him out and he had a lame excuse about the way I spoke to him and I was not rude at all. I calmly told him the order was wrong yet he still hung up.

I've ordered subs from here many times now and the service is always freaky fast and the food good. Price is right as well. I've really like the spicy east coast Italian lately but the country club used to be my go-to. Salt and vinegar chips are great and the cookies can be a little hit or miss but when they're on the softer side they're really good in my opinion!

The people are nice and the food is good, but the delivery takes an average of 30min. I wanted to give the driver a tip but he didnt have a pen and was in a hurry (I guess his deliveries were late, idk). I probably won't order here again. If I have to drive to get my sandwhich when I'm hungery, i'll just save money and go to publix across the street.

Placed an order for 3 boxes of 18 sandwiches for $120 at 10am for pickup at 2pm. Placed order in store. Got to store 3 hrs later at 2pm they hadn’t made the entire order. They said they were waiting on bread to cool….got order 30 min later ruined my company party. Worst experience ever. Not managed at all bunch teenagers who don’t seem to care

Ordered a #4 ALL THE WAY. Menu also said sprouts were optional, well i wasnt given that option and aparently all the way is lettuce and mayo.. No mustard, pickle, onion, or sprouts.. I spent 10bucks on a combo that was portioned for a kid.. Freaky fast is a joke also.. I wont be back.. One and done with this location..

I just left this location. I’ve always loved this location, they go above and beyond to make the customers happy. Chase and I believe he said his name was John helped me today and they had excellent customer service skills and got my food done super quickly!! Would definitely recommend this location to others!

This review is related to ownership/management because of the ridiculous delivery fee change this store recently made. For two sandwiches its $4.75 before tip. Absolute robbery. I was a 3 - 4 times per week customer now they've lost my business.

Called to place an order was on hold for 18 mins, then the woman who I was told is the Manager did even want talk with me. Jimmy John's you just lost My Business and My Company Business! I hope you dont get any of the stimulus money that the government is dispersing. Really bad customer service.

It's crazy that I live ON Bartram Park BLVD (3.5 miles long) and the Bartram Park location doesn't delive to me. My apt complex is right next door to the Fire Station and they don't deliver past the Fire Station... 2.7 miles is the cut off? I thought this was America. #freakyshortdistance

The food is great and this location is always kept very clean. The staff are always friendly and are there to help. I have to say besides Publix this are hands down the best subs you can buy and the the 16 inch is priced perfect and you get two meals out of it. So it’s a win win.

This store has really great employees, always helpful and friendly. Store is always clean and never see employees just standing around. I have always noticed equipment being cleaned when no orders being made. A place where I like my food being made by great people! Thank you.

Just curious as to why this location has the worst and most inconvenient hours. Coming back to edit my review from a year ago to reiterate the fact that this is the worst, most inconvenient location of Jimmy's John out there. Just close down with your useless business hours.

This location has very rude workers, kind of disrespectful!! Walked in 45 min before closing and the guy had an attitude and rushed my order and the sandwich he made was terrible. If I could give negative stars I would. Very rude and don’t recommend this location!!

Walked in and noone greeted me or acknowledged me. I waited till cashier was completely done taking order and making order etc...until she finally said here for a pick up. There were still 5 other people working and noone said a thing to me.

We tried to order...1.7 miles from the store. We were told to go elsewhere, that they didnt deliver to us? We are in a 400,000 house in a great neighbor hood .....another words not the ghetto. Crappy attitude and terrible phone etiquette

I order from this location for lunch at work. Once they took about 30 minutes to get my sandwich to me but usually I get my food within 10 minutes. Super awesome :)
