This location has Terrible customer service. I placed an online order and the tracker said it has been delivered, it wasn’t. I called the store, young lady was rude and put me on hold. Only to hang up on me. Called back and was advised there was a mixup and would be delivered shortly. Never happened. Super rude staff. Slow service.

I’ve always had good luck here. The staff isn’t the friendliest compared to other JJ locations but the food has been consistent. The last few times we’ve ordered delivery it’s been very slow. More recently we’ve had consistent mistakes in our orders. I’m not saying I won’t go back to JJ but likely to a different location.

Worst service ever. I placed my order at 11:30 AM, and it’s 1:43 PM and I still haven’t received my food. I should’ve known better then to order from Jimmy John’s. This location is awful. Though I've had a few bad experiences with items getting left off my orders, delivery members like Moses leave me happy with my order. I know when Moses is holding my order that I will get everything that I ordered and in a timely manner. If you get the chance, request your items to be delivered by Moses.

Ordered delivery, my sandwich took over an hour and a half, when I work just blocks from the store. Tried calling the store and it sounds like they just pick up the phone and let you sit while they continue working, you can hear the store background but no one on the line.

This particular location is new. They claim to deliver within a 3 mile radius but they do not honor that. When I called I was told they stop right at Greenville and forest which I am right at that intersection . Very disappointed because I LOVE jimmy! PLEASE update !!!

In the JJ website says the store opens at 10:30am; yesterday made an order online for pickup at 11:00am. Store wasn't open; went to eat at Mike's next door. By the time I was done around 11:40am, the place still wasn't open and I haven't gotten my money back. More

Jimmy John's is great. This location, due to the plaza, has a small, busy parking lot right by a major intersection. It makes parking and leaving kind of a hassle.
