Visited here after 10 years. Environment was good last time but public and management has spoiled it all. In dirty environment, see illiterate people smoking in main loby. No control, no customer care, no care of customers. Better go Niazi Terminal.

If u are not getting any bus from any place in Lahore, U can get something (local services mostly) here but the quality of service of such Buses are very poor and i dont recommend taking a bus from here but only if u have a emergency and u

In the this technological era, Auto Riskshaws are asking alot especially at night. They don't know that online services are cutting their jobs if they continue taking advantage of the customers.

I dont know its Govt property or private but it needs to be manage by some professionals because too much rush there and there was not even a single person to manage all the passengers.
