This Airport should be called A Fish bazar. where ppl running around like wild animals. the signs says. European Line or American line at the Amigration but ppl standing there like buying fish meat & many passinger tries to get forward so no deciplen there. therefore flights always get delayed and you lost your connected flight & pay again for Ticket or get another Boarding, this way your Journey become like an hell ride. Amigration ppl on duty enjoys Tea or Coffee & never care for the passingers who are standing from hours in the Q. but none on duty interacts to ease ppl or at least tries to get better it. every passinger pays Airport Tax, but the result of such an International Airport is just garbage. on the Runway malls plastic shoppers are flying near planes or other garbage on runway. ha ha ha . after having tremendous amount of money. which is always paid as Airport tax. but the result is beyond discusting! therefore none star for this Airport.

Staff are quite friendly especially Fatima. Very professional saleswoman. Laudable sales skills. Zainab duty free shop itself isn't very inviting. Except for the good deals on perfumes, a larger range of make up products as well as electronics need to be added to the shelves to entice customers. A lot of improvement needed. Chocolates are another product they could add to boost sales at this deserted shopping space.

Nice collection but Expensive ... They should reduce the prices to market level in order tonbring more business otherwise will sit idol as they do now :(
