Super bad service. Their website can't book for September so I WhatsApp and emailed them. They proposed me the rooms I asked for confirmation and price and they just don't get back to you. By the time they replied they told me there were no more available rooms. I was corresponding with Jenis on email and just no replies. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Edited 1 Nov I booked a tour for Aral Sea and asked the agent to get in touch with the hotel to make a booking. Don't be mistaken with this from the Jipek Joli Inn, this is under the same folks but this is a newer and better one. When I got into the room I was quite surprised the room's decor was so modern and new as compared to the rest of the decor of the hotel. The room had bright colours and it was very clean and was also impressed with the size of the bathroom. The breakfast was quite decent too with quite a variety of items to choose from, it was simple but filling. The service of the staff could be better though. I just felt they weren't friendly and helpful when I was asking questions about where to buy things. The staff who handled my check in came up to the room to look for me after I have paid and told me I needed to pay additional which I was unhappy about, because the price was already stated in the email but then they asked for more again. There was a bit of argument but then I paid because the amount was big. Not sure to recommend it or not because had quite a lot of hiccups and hits and misses.

Be careful, these people changed a 50 dollar bill for two of 20 and one of 10 false be careful tengan cuidado, estas personas me cambiaron un billete de 50 dolares por dos de 20 y uno de 10 falsos cuidado --------------------------------------------- now they speak with me, the guy go give me the dollars make a mistake and also the hostel is taking this thing really siriusly, and they buy machines to prove all the dollars are not false they are making good, and also they give me back my money then the problem is fixed he hablado con la gente del hotel, parece ser que ha sido un error de un empleado al no revisar los dolares, por ello han comprado ya maquinas para revisar todos los billetes, Ademas me van a regresar mi dinero, asi que el problema esta arreglado

30.10.23 нахожусь в Нукусе. В отеле Jipek Jolы ну что сказать... За 350 тыс можно было бы и по более возможностей предложить. В частности в номере нет холодильника, чайника, заварки, воды, тапочек, халата. В душевой сломана держатель для душа, нет зубной щётки и пасты.. Горячей воды можно сказать НЕТ , течёт еле теплая. Но за то богатый выбор каналов по ТВ. И ещё в "копилку" одеяла без пододеяльников. А завтрак с трудом можно назвать "шведским столом" выбор не богат. Яичница, сок, чай, кофе, творог, блинчики и сыр с колбасой вот и всё. В следующий раз буду искать другую гостиницу.

С первых минут входа в эту гостиницу, чувствуешь, что тебе здесь будет уютно: отзывчивый персонал, просторные номера, тишина и покой после 23:00, удобное расположение - рядом центральный рынок, центральная площадь. Дополнительное удобство - в фойе терминал для обслуживания карт "VISA" с которого можно снять наличные как сумы, так и доллары. Кроме, мне очень понравилось то, что в этой гостинице НЕ КУРЯТ! Поэтому все номера не имеют специфического запаха (вони) прокуренного помещения. Если учесть цену за номер, то сочетание "цена-качество" для этой гостиницы из гостиниц Нукуса - ИДЕАЛЬНОЕ!

Petit hôtel ne payant pas de mine. Le personnel y est très serviable. Les chambres sont très correctes et ont le nécessaire y compris petit frigo et bouilloire, ce qui n'est pas très courant ici. Le petit déjeuner est bon quoique un peu simple mais tout y est. Pas grand chose à faire à proximité mais ils organisent des circuits de 2 jours vers la mer d'Adam qui sont d'après ce que l'on a pu voir bien organisés avec des chauffeurs parlant anglais et semble t il français.

Stayed for one night on Aug 2017. Basic structure with ALL you could need in Nukus. Few minutes walking distance form the bazar and from the Igor Savitsky State Art Museum of the Republic of Karakalpakstan. Very good internet connection available for free. Meals available at the hotel upon order (they don't have restaurant with kitchen) excepted breakfast which is included in the room's tarif. Personnel of the hotel very very gentle and kind. Five star with no doubts.

Отвратительно. Вернее хорошие номера, но если вы имели несчастье получить кому на первом этаже- спать вы не будете ВООБЩЕ! Персонал хлопает дверями, громко говорит( вернее орёт) и не набирает на просьбы вести себя тише. Хотя в правилах для постоянного прописали, чтоб они вели себя тихо. Шуметь видимо имеют право только сотрудники. Завтраки тоже отвратительные и вам их придется ждать почти час. Приносят по чуть-чуть каждому.

The Hotel has just opened and finishing touches were being carried out around us. From our brief appreciation, probably the best tourist stop in Nukus. The rooms are OK and the breakfast adequate. Don't expect too much and you won't be disappointed.

Чисто. Вежливый персонал. Утром шикарный завтрак! Обратился с просьбой заварить в дорогу термос-сделали. Утром сотрудник проводил в дорогу и помог с навигатором. Рекомендую!

Very clean and well kept. Beds a little hard for western tastes. That said, breakfast was good. Rooms have radiator heat and air conditioning. Plenty of hot water. No elevator, but staff eager to help with baggage. Good location, close to Bazar and art museum. Staff had good English. Great Turkish restaurant around the corner Hotel is base in Nukus for "Aral Sea Adventure "

Very nice, very clean hotel. Friendly staff, rooms are large and beds definitely comfortable. Breakfast is also pretty complete with a buffet where you’ll find something for everyone. One of the best remembrances in terms of overnight stays we had in Uzbekistan. It’s only 300m away from the museum and also a very good Turkish restaurant that’s literally around the corner.

Hôtel bien placé a proximité des musées, de restaurants, de bar et de commerce. Le petit déjeuner y est très correcte. Mention spéciale à la jeune femme travaillant à l'accueil et au service petit déjeuner, elle semble tenir l'hôtel (check-in, paiement, réservation de taxi) sur ses épaules.

Camera pulita, silenziosa e letto comodo, ma colazione ai minimi storici quanto a varietà e dettagli del tutto trascurati (in camera una delle due lampade a muro era stata divelta e non sostituita). Bello lo scalone d'ingresso con la porta intagliata.

Gutes Hotel! Das Hotel liegt fußläufig zum Savitskyi Museum. Touren nach Moynak und zum Aralsee, können an der Rezeption gebucht werden. Das Zimmer war groß, schön und sauber, das Essen im Restaurant schmackhaft und günstig, das Personal ist zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Probably the best hotel in Uzbekistan, Staff really careful, professional and nice. They organised for me a wonderful trip to Muynaq and the transfer to Khiva. The room was huge and the bed comfortable, bathroom excellent. Located just 100 m from the Savitsky museum.

Very good hotel especially giving that it is in Nukus. Friendly staff who speak English. The rooms are very spacious and with an air-conditioning. Only negative is lack of elevator if you have a heavy luggage!

Wij hadden dit hotel geboekt omdat andere hotels moeilijker zouden gaan. Valt allemaal reuze meer, bedenk wel dat er alleen een museum is dat de moeite waard is. Alle andere steden zijn mooier. Hotel is ok.

Miglior Hotel della città, pochi minuti a piedi dal museo. Camere pulite e bagni in ordine. Possibilità di mangiare in hotel (cosa che in condizioni di stanchezza può essere un vantaggio)

Ci siamo fermati qui solo pwr una sosta dal ritorno dal Mar d'Aral. Stavano sistemando la hall e nn c'era acqua corrente. Questo nn deve stupire, sono zone un po' fuori mano....

Очень рекомендую тут остановиться , перед посещение Аральского моря
