I went in a 2nd time today to get my undercarriage shield looked at and I can't even begin to thank Jo and Johnny! I thought I would have to leave my car overnight and cost me $$$. But got it fixed in 2 hours and for half the price! they are certainly my "go to" auto service!! Updated Oct 24, 2023. I tried Jo's service for the first time and I would say I was very impressed. I got an appointment pretty quickly and the car was taken in for maintenance as soon as I got there. Jo explained what was wrong and what needed to be done. I have no idea what anything is in a car but Jo did a thorough work. I will be coming back here for the professionalism, reasonable cost and good quality work. My car feels great driving it!

I brought my car to Jo for oil change and general check on the engine and suspension to see if anything needs to be fixed or replaced. From the moment I walked in, they were very professional and patient dealing with their clients and paying attention to all the details and the things I wanted to be checked on the car. Nothing better than findimg a mechanic that you can trust to do the work needed on your car. Great service, decent prices and very skilled workers there. Can't be more happy!

Hands down the best mechanic in the GTA. The guys are not only knowledgeable, quick and reliable, but also very fair in terms of price and not doing unnecessary recommendations. I found them on Google and after bringing my vehicle for service they told me that the dealership was making unnecessary recommendations, even though I would be willing to perform the recommend services with them. After that he gave me a very fair price and helped me in a timely manner. Highly recommended.

These guys went above and beyond to safety my manual 2004 Honda CRV. And even did a free AC recharge for me. Really grateful for their service, because I have had no luck with mechanics lately thinking I'm dumb and I can't tell when other mechanics haven't fixed what they said -and charged up the a$$$$ for. Not these guys, they did great work and my CRV is running and shifting great. Looking forward to getting future tune-ups here soon. Finally !! Thank you Johnny!

I just got a used car a few days ago and ran into a few issues. Luckily, my friend was able to point me towards this mechanic shop and when I got there, I was greeted with nothing but kindness. Jo was more than helpful in the process of fixing my car, and on top of that, he helped me through the steps of being a car owner, as I’m new to all of this. I can’t express enough gratitude towards him and his team. 10/10 would recommend!

I had my engine light indicator and I wanted to make sure nothing is wrong with the engine. I went to Jo auto service and met Jo who was extremely helpful as he guided me with exact solution (replacing oxygen sensor) without taking much of time. He was extremely professional and only suggested me to spend only on what was necessary. I am fortunate to find the modest mechanic and would love to visit in near future.

Couldn't find a reliable mechanic so I was referred to Jo Auto Service. Most punctual mechanic I have found, Johnny was ready as I arrived and helped me out with my Acura MDX. Lost a screw from my mudguard and Johnny replaced it right away!!! Never been here before and I found them because I work nearby. My father is a retired mechanic with many years experience. Yes it's an easy fix but I could tell that Jo Auto Service love what they do! I will definitely check them out if I need a service in the future.

Really great service! I got my exhaust fixed and tried getting my passenger door opened. A lot of time was spent on that door, but unfortunately it didn't open. Jo didn't take any additional money for the time spent on the door! Definitely recommend Jo! Will be going again!

Came here because there was a clunking when I go over bumps on my older CIVIC as well as a squeaking when breaking, and I needed my wheel well cover put back on. I was looking for an honest mechanic in the city.

Got ripped off … charged $250 for my maintenance, and they didn’t even reset my maintenance signal. The windshield fluid didn’t get changed either. Being asked for a good review on Google, but I won’t come back.
