I always would like to be her patient when my health is falling ... no matter how far away I move from San Diego. I will drive more than an hour to have her check on me. Her professional experience in medicine is the best for me which she never make a decision 100% without have me do blood test, X-ray.. etc to verify her diagnosis is correct for the patient. Dr. Joanna Whiteley has been my new primary care physician since last year. I fired my previous PCP. I’m very happy I chose Dr. Whiteley. She was really good. I felt like she knew what she was talking about and she was going to look up all my many health conditions afterwards to make sure she's on track in helping me. Her appointment time ended up being a few hours earlier she called me to see if I was available. This actually was nice, as earlier in the day worked better. I've only seen her once but I'm hoping for a good primary care physician through her!

Dr Whiteley is a phenomenal doctor! I have been going to her for many years now. Everytime I see her, she takes her time listening to you have to say and provides great insight into your questions without being so technical they it goes over your head. Knew exactly what was needed and armed me with the tools to get rid of my nagging cough. At first I was unsure of a virtual appointment thinking she needed to observe but she explained what her option was based on my symptoms and gave me the medicine a plan to tackle this going forward. I ended the meeting very satisfied.

Dr Whitely and the entire staff (and I seriously mean the ENTIRE staff) is AMAZING! The professionalism, kindness, knowledge, customer service, etc is so special!!! They treated us superb!
