Had purchased a $200 Altus FR hoodie from 111 ave location and had returned shortly after due to the teeth of zipper falling out. Figured it was a one off so I had them replace with exact same sweater, only to experience the exact same situation a week later. I was told this has never happened before but after speaking to several people in a camp of over 1000 people, I was informed this has happened to many. When speaking to manager about said situation, I was confronted with hostility and called a liar by manager (Kelly). I understand that warranty is not offered on top of warranty but I was unable to even voice my concerns with inferior product without being shamed for doing so. In saying that, I would not recommend shopping here or any Jobsite Workwear, as they sell products from 2nd and 3rd parties and refuse to take responsibility for faulty products. Not to mention staff was very rude and condescending. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. I will also be encouraging those that had approached me at work about hoodie, to share their experiences as well if they haven't already.

Trying to track down a certain carhartt jacket in this city proved difficult as it turned out to be a discontinued style. I have been in to the new west end location twice since the move. Staff is friendly and welcoming as always. Dont read into the couple negative reviews from the keyboard warriors. I've bought at jobsite many times over the years and never once had a problem they are happy to help and answer any questions I've had. I have had warranty concerns over an item and they were very helpful with providing the right info to take to the specific company and the item was replaced. New location looks great kept up the good work.

Absolutely no customer service at this location they are there for your money and nothing else. I bought a pair of timberland pros boots and went to work in BC wore them for a week and my feet got bruised using them with my orthopedics i went to my doctor to see if they needed to be adjusted he told me it was the boot it was to steep and the heel to high so that manufacturer had to go. 370 dollars they let me eat nothing they could do but exchange for the same product i cant wear, they watched me leave the boots on the counter and eat the 370 and they said nothing as i walked out. They dont deserve your money or youre time cause when it counts they are of no help no exchange no credit nothing but silence as you leave

Boyfriend bought a hard hat from there and ended up finding the inside was cracked once we got home, however the store was already closed at this point and my bf needed to wear it for work the following morning. After work we returned to the store to find out all hard hats are final sale, however this incredibly nice young staff member with long blonde hair and a shaved side of the head made one phone call and was able to switch out the inside for another one to be covered by the stores warranty. We were incredibly grateful for how helpful and friendly this specific staff member was. Will return based on her customer service alone!

i cant say enough about the staff at this store . Im a long term Redwing guy and this was my first set of boots from Timberland, while i'm not a fan of the warranty process the staff went well above and beyond to help me out. the store is so full of options for what you will need no matter you're trade , and the staff have husbands working in the same trades . Walking into the store you feel welcome , they remember your name . don't hesitate for a second to shop here .

I've shopped at this location several times as well as the other two locations in Edmonton. Huge in stock inventory and amazing staff. Its nice to see a store of this size have the friendly and down to earth staff that it does. When this location didn't have the size of boot I was looking for the staff was instantly on the phone verifying stock at another location. I've always had nothing but excellent experiences every time I deal with these fine folks. Recently, had some Carhartt zip ups customized for my company and not only did they come in under budget but also ahead of schedule. When other companies I've worked with said there was no way to get stock on Carhartt, these folks pulled it off. Zero complaints on the process. What more could a guy ask for?

The ladies who helped at this store were amazing!!!! Hubby needed a pair of workbooks and she listened to what he wanted and found him the perfect boot. He is very happy with them. Will definitely come back to this location for future purchases. They have a wide selection of workwear. Wish there were more businesses like this in the city. Customer service at its finest. Good boots. Very comfortable. The ones with the soft leather on back of boot will wear through of walking through bush like I do for a living. I since purchased another pair from there that has a harder but still flexible enough rubberish material that seems much more durable. At the time we’re only available in 400g. Not sure if they make the 1000g insulation ones like that yet

Here's me going to the wrong store looking for facemasks, which in turn I ended up getting the most comfortable work boots in 20+ years. The staff here made me their top priority through the purchase process. This will be the only store I will shop for Work wear, massive selection in store. I had to grab a pair of boots, and a safety vest the other day, and happened to be in the area. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. I can't speak to the quality of the products yet as I'm yet to try them out. But the store itself was neat and organized, and the experience was very pleasant.

Very helpful. Lost a receipt for a pair of work boots covered under warranty from the manufacturer. Called in they looked it up for me in a matter of minutes. Had it emailed to me within the hour and I was good to go.

Bought a pair of keens boots, loved them. Within 3.5 weeks they developed a hole where the steel toe bends. Was told this is NOT covered by warranty. Customer service after the sale is horrible! Stay away!

Tried to return some safety glasses in the bag, and all Ppe is apparently final sale… says nothing on the receipt about that though! You can’t just add items that are final sale at a whim.

We have been dealing with Jobsite since 2008. They carry good quality workwear and safety gear, but we continue to purchase from Jobsite because of the exceptional customer service.

Poor service. Refund policy is inadequate for people that work out of town. Did give me a credit. I will at some point use that credit but will never spend another dollar there
