UPDATE: (1/2022) Given the options for monthly parking, this lost has improved a bit since my last review, or my standards may have dropped. In any case, between this lot and the one behind it on Main st (545 s main st) this is the better between the two. There’s wayyyyy more incidents lately at the 545 Main Street garage. Many breakins, sketch guard that’s always “on” but never where he supposed to be, instead he’s out parusing taking pictures with his own cell phone of buildings and cars, or off across the street no where near the parking structure. Also prices here are (actually) better, and place feels more secure lately. Trust me, this is coming from a person that would never ever consider parking here. Cons: if your looking for monthly, it’s a bit hard to track down how or who to pay. I messaged corporate 4 times Amin the past month no response. (& still waiting to hear back,)
I booked the parking online for a week. From the second day, I couldn't use the bar code to get in. Every time I should have checked with the parking attendant to get in and out. Once, I had to wait 45 minutes calling the emergency number and the office to be able to go out. The emergency phone was useless. In the beginning there was a parking attendant who was there showed an unfriendly face and said to call the office and left me helpless.
good location, clean, lots of parking, good size spots, 4 electrical car charging ports, working elevator, full-time staff. Did see one car broken into over the years tho, don't leave your stuff out in the open. Only self park. Weekdays Tuesday - Thursday usually has monthly only parking. Don't be surprised if the lot is full during these days.
NOT SAFE!! My car was stolen overnight. There is zero security at night. When I reported the theft to the nearby police station they told me this lot is notorious for cars being stolen, happens constantly. Wish I'd known sooner - I mistakenly thought my car was safe.
Easy to find, plenty of parking. Never be alone or look alone. Don't say things that show you're not from the area. Study and memorize where you want to go because you do NOT want to look lost. Walk confidently and tall. Be alert at all times.
Alright, guard on duty, open 24/7, covered, price is $11. Kinda dirty and there are some abandoned cars but for DTLA it's fine. Wish the monthly pass was more reasonable.
Lots of parking. Nice staff on hand at night. Area okay if you are alone for safety
No manage by onsite. Machines don’t work. Not secure. Complete waste of money
Clean and safe parking. People were speeding up while I was trying to leave.
Don't park here! It took us over 30 minutes to get out!
Not safe. My friend got 4 tires slashed.
Only 24 hour parking in Historic Core.
It’s a parking lot, fine for the area
Close and convent to the Alexandera.
Best DTLA parking for $12 max daily
Great, clean and secure parkng...
I can't wait to come back
It's ok this parking lot
Inexpensive and safe
pure rip-off
Decent
