My experience with this company has been amazing from the beginning. The initial phone call to schedule the appointment they were very polite and friendly. Conner arrived and diagnosed the issue. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and great at explaining what the issue was. We had a bigger problem than I had anticipated, and the sewer lateral was needing to be replaced. Charlie and Conner arrived and provided a quote and all the details that we required to complete the job. Any questions I had Sherrie was very helpful with and if she couldn’t answer Charlie would call back and provide the required details. Charlie and Conner completed the job in the required timeline. I was very impressed with the work they completed and look forward to working with them again. I highly recommend this company and will continue to use John The Plumber for my plumbing needs.

In summary, we were very happy with the quality of the service we received. For the appraisal visit Rick showed up at the appropriate time, preceded by a phone call to gather some information. The timing of subsequent visits was complicated by some unforeseen events, including a major snow storm, but I was impressed with his commitment to getting the job completed. Unfortunately, it turned out that the job could not be completed because of a mismatch between the unit we had obtained ourselves and the design of our shower stall. However, I was impressed by Rick’s consideration of different possible solutions and his discussion of them with me. Overall, the experience was pleasant and I feel that Rick went beyond what many people would have been prepared to do in the circumstances.

Called John the Plumber to deal with leaking pipe that need immediate attention. Had never used this company before so was a little apprehensive. My experience with Cameron was nothing less than exceptional. Your dispatch team coordinated the request in a timely and professional manner. Cameron arrived within the appointment window, assessed the issue and repaired it right away. Cameron is extremely friendly and helpful. Have scheduled him to come back to deal with some other plumbing issues. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to friends and family

I've now had 2 experiences with John the Plumber. First being a few years back, with no complaints, but the most recent was fantastic. Called for service and received a same day appointment with Cameron. He called when he was on his way, communicated the issue clearly and made recommendations on a "easy inexpensive fix" vs. "Long term solution". He was courteous and professional. John the Plumber has been great and I would continue to recommend them, especially Cameron.

Rick arrived during the appointment window. I really appreciated that because I had other appointments booked for later in the day. Thanks to his promptness I was able to keep my appointments. Rick was very courteous and professional. He answered all of my questions and explained everything that he was doing. He also cleaned the workspace during and after the work was completed. I was very satisfied with the work that was done.

Cameron called ahead, and showed up on time. He was polite, professional, interested and engaged. He tried hard to find out the source of our problem and he eventually did. It was however not a plumbing problem, but not Cameron's fault. He told us the next steps to resolve our situation. I would have Cameron back to do work for us that was actual plumbing anytime.

Fantastic service for a burst pipe. The person I called really cared and took the time to ask if I was OK. That kind of care is exceptional. The plumber (Rick) arrived within a few hours and was incredibly professional, letting me know what was happening and making sure that everything was tidied up afterwards. Great job! Ricardo who was assigned to my job was very professional. He arrived early within the time window I was provided. He was quick to diagnose the problem - he did not have the parts on hand to fix, but was quick to run get them and return. He was clear in his explanation of the issue and so far the toilet is work perfectly again!

Had a gentleman named Charles who came and replaced our toilet on behalf of John The Plumber and I only have good things to say. The service was fantastic, he was very nice and explained everything that was going on, what to do in the future and was really helpful. Excellent service and would recommend it to everyone.

We recently had Charlie do a work order for us. Everything was spectacular. We were called prior to them showing, they were pleasant, explained everything, etc. We've used John The Plumber previously and will continue to do so based on our experiences with the quality of both the work done and the staff.

Cameron was awesome! Very efficient and friendly and did the job quickly. He was very professional...I was not at home at the time but my son gave me great feedback on his service and he phoned me at work to discuss the issue and the price. No further problems with my leaky toilet....thank you!

Rick arrived as per schedule and took an interest not only in the problem I called him for, but took the time to look into another issue. He replaced our water mixer near the heater. He took pains to be sure I had all I needed to return the previous mixer that was malfunctioning. Pleased.

Connor came in time and was friendly and courteous. He answered all of our questions and after giving us a quote , performed the work immediately. We were very happy with the service. I thought it was a bit pricy for the work done, but then again I only got the one quote.

Charlie and his apprentice did a great job assessing and fixing a leaky pipe. They were professional and courteous, removing their boots every time they went from basement though the house. John the Plumber was very understanding when we had to reschedule last-minute.

Mr Rick, the Technician who carried the Plumbing job is very professional and did finish the job to my full satisfaction. He did very Neat and Clean Work and he suggested best way to accomplish the work instead of Quick Fix. Thanks Rick for your suggestions and work.

I had a clogged bathtub that I tried everything on. They cleared a clog 20 ft down and my shower drains great now! I called after 5 p.m. and got it fixed the following morning at 10:30! Cameron and Connor were awesome!

Richardo was professional and efficient. He replaced a section of the old kitchen drain pipe and cleared a seriously clogged pipe. He was punctual and polite. I would recommend him without hesitation.
