My family has been dealing with this insurance company for years. As soon as the company transferred ownership the organization went downhill. The new owner/manager “Janice” hadn’t properly completed a request on my behalf and has put my home and my assets in jeopardy. Not following up with clients to request documents to cover assets and just choosing not to cover them is absolutely unacceptable. The remaining staff is decent for basic requests but unhelpful for more intricate requests. THE ONLY REASON Im giving three stars is because they have a manager named Kevin who is by far the most outstanding insurance agent I have dealt with. I would give him infinite stars. I would highly recommend to request Kevin if you are to visit this establishment he will assist you with all your needs with ease. In my opinion, he should take his outstanding workmanship and relocate.

I have attempted to deal with insurance company for quite some time now as they held my previous policy. They are now terrible to deal with and service has gone out the window. I called continuously requesting quotes on two properties and never received this information. They can never provide a quote. Requested quotes from other companies and was able to get a quote on the phone! I called the office when they were unresponsive and the 'manager, "Janice" was terrible to deal with and didnt care that the staff "Shorya" was not able to assist ant could not provide answers to simple questions. I highly recommend you look elsewhere for home insurance to get knowledgeable staff.

Supposed to open at 10am. Have been standing outside the door since 955am it is now 1015am. Still dark, no one inside. Called the office number. Voice mail saying hours of operation are 10am to 7pm, all agents are busy helping customers leave a message or try back.

Looking for a new insurance company just don’t have trust in the agency, employees seem to have no clue what they are talking about
