Richard is extremely knowledgeable about insurance products and his ability to shop many different insurance companies saved me several thousand dollars a year. He is very responsive to my calls and texts even after my polices were issued. I am a financial planner and I know enough about insurance to set a very high bar and he has exceeded it in every way. I really appreciate dealing directly with him and not with an associate. ***update*** Richard called me a month after I bought my policies to let me know that there was a new product available that would save me another $700 per year with the exact same coverage.
