My 1st visit to this place. I'm not disappointed but not fully happy to be here. Talking about food, it was good quality and delicious. Well cooked chicken, sides were matching the taste of chicken. Mango pie was okay. ice cream was of different taste. My kids don't enjoy it as usual. It was not mentioned in the menu that rice bowl contains sticky rice, which I am not a fan of. I found it a bit more expensive than other restaurants on the same scale. Staff was friendly, and even after going numbers of time to them, they don't look annoyed and were welcoming. The atmosphere of the place is well maintained, but the sitting arrangement is very poor, We are a family of 4, and we were looking for a place to sit. There were only 3 families in all, and the area looked full. While eating, you will notice other guest waiting in queue are staring at you for you to get up and they can fill the space. Lots and lots of empty space which can be well utilised for accommodating more guests. Even I had a glimpse of place upstairs, but it was closed. There was spilage on the floor, which was making the floor too sticky, and I observed that members of staff passed from there a couple of times, but not clean the floor. I would like to visit it again, and my expectations are that my experience here will change.

Visited for the first time recently, the restaurant was bright and airy with a nice ambience. It wasn't a particularly busy Saturday afternoon but felt service could have been quicker, though staff were friendly and helpful. There was also a shortage of popular soft drinks such as coca cola and Fanta which was surprising. Onto the food itself, where the fried chicken is the main star. It was genuinely tasty compared to other well known fried chicken chains. Less oily, lighter batter and less salty. The fries were good too, in my opinion second only to a royally branded burger chain. The real negative is the costs. As a treat and first time trying it out, I paid the asking price. However, it's too expensive as a frequent treat (once a month) especially if eating as a family of 3, 4 or more. If I correctly recall, it was around £32 for 12 pieces of chicken (no fries or drinks included) which is very expensive for fast food. If Jollibee can make their prices more competitive against other chains, then they may be able to establish themselves in a highly competitive market, but at current prices, it's too prohibitive even for the biggest fried chicken fans.

Fun place. Been here a few times and love the food and ambience. Brings the child in me back to life.

Was stood in line for 40 mins waiting for my order, it has just been sitting in the back, the food was warm as best. The cleanliness of the place needs to be looked at too. The bins are almost always full, tables not cleaned. And the disabled toilet downstairs is atrocious. Piss everywhere. Understaffed is putting it lightly. The management of this place needs to have an look at the way this place is run. It's a shame. I love jollibee, but not like this. The food is still excellent, even when it's warm at best.

Overall a better experience today, the stock levels were good and managed to get my sundae and fries. The chicken leg piece looked uncooked but this did not ruin the entire mood, as managed to order another.

We came expecting everything will be good as it should be with our previous experience and sadly the food we ordered was cold and was not as expected. Very disappointed on everything and there is no vegetarian options and the staff didn’t pick the trash which was everywhere. Seriously doubt if the temp check is done in the store on all food items. Spoke to the manager and she didn’t respond well.The temperature mentioned by manager was 85 and staff was 45 . Will never recommend anyone .

I ordered a chicken burger set and the staff was kind. but found these weird things floating on my coke. I didn’t see this when I got my order and realized this while drinking so I had to throw this away right awat. I do not know if these came from the paper straw or they were already in empty cup or from the coke itself but it is disgusting that I drank something I don’t even know. I don’t know how much clean the kitchen is but if you are sensitive at hygene don’t visit here. This is a very very disgusting experience.

Nice change for a fried chicken. The chicken is nice and fries better than others. The gravy is really good, not sure what's in it but it's really moreish. The spaghetti and hot dog I thought was a tad odd to see on the menu but had to try and it was nice. A good option for someone who doesn't want the main event. Overall it quickly has become my favourite chicken place.

The double crispy chicken burger was great. Ordered a meal with loaded fries chicken, nothing loaded about them, just some pieces of chicken and too much spring onions. Also, couldn't help but notice the can of drink being room temperature. Many takeaway businesses serve cold cans but this renowned place can't or maybe a one time thing. Burger is great tho that's why 4 stars.

It WAS my favourite place to eat in town BUT not anymore. Service level ZERO FOOD QUALITY DOUBLE ZERO no consistency at all, recently changed the tastes of foods and PRICE GONE ROCKET HIGH More than any other good fast foods. Taste wise it's okay. Doesn't stand out though, was looking for some original, ethnic taste but this was not the case. Portions are extremely small for a price. For £20 I was expecting it to be enough for two people but all three dishes didn't even fill me up. Also, not sure what was added into hot dog spaghetti but the pieces was definitely nor hot dogs slices, they were kind of a fat chunks and chewing.

Paul served us this afternoon. He was very polite and helpful. We are used to eating at earls court Gravy was diluted, spaghetti sauce was a bit watery.

For a fast food chicken sandwich it definitely delivered. The chicken was lightly coated, not greasy, and moist. The peach and mango pies are great, the two flavours just go together so well you’ll feel like you’re on holiday.. until you open your eyes. I would definitely eat here again.

Food was lovely and fresh, did not taste greasy and had a nice kick to the hot chicken sandwich. Charles on the tills was lovely and very helpful. Deducting one star as the service was a bit slow and we had to keep checking on the status of our order.

Sorry to say this. But really poor quality. Had to replace the fries two times. First because it was cold and second because it was not cooked. And still the third time came uncooked. Was too embarrassed to ask again. Chicken was cold and looked of poor quality with black bones and black meat. Expected something good.

Smallest portion of gravy ever! Overall it was an OK meal. The burger was tasty and the fries remained crispy and flavoursome. The chicken pieces are not as greasy as the popular chain, but does taste a little drier. Might go back and try something different, but for fried chicken, I'll stick with the colonel!

I've visited this place a few times.This time I came and found out that they couldn't even serve Spicy ChickenJoy today, which was disappointing.The loaded chips were good though.

The quality of chicken was good, was fresh. Didn't find anything special with the taste of the coating on chicken though. The dips were also quite good. There's lots of seating area. The self ordering machines will help you save time rather standing in queues. The staff were friendly.

The spicy fried chicken is so nice and my wife really enjoyed the spaghetti and she said the sauce was very tasty. The best thing I enjoyed were the chicken strips and the sauces are decent to. Probably the best out of all the chicken chains. Coming back very soon.

Rice bowl was good. Spaghetti was so so. Not sure what all they added apart from chicken. Location is good so is interiors also. On weekdays not much waiting but heard you have long waits in the night and weekend.

Food tasted amazing however spaghetti didn't taste of home! It didn't have that signature sweetness and although it tasted like my momma cooked it on a Friday night, it didn't satisfy my jollibee spaghetti taste!
