Since virtually meeting Jo last year, I've placed a few order with her and always been totally delighted with my purchases. I really like that Jo has a totally non-salesy way about her, not too mention the fact that she always goes over and above for her customers. This was proved massively when a recent order I placed seemed to mysteriously disappear! It was for one of the more expensive products and I was more than a little concerned about what would happen. However, Jo took control of the situation immediately after I alerted her to the fact my product had not been delivered. I didn't have to do anything myself, which is just as well because I probably would've got very stressed out about the whole fiasco! Within a few days my products arrived safe and sound and I am thrilled with my order! The issue itself wasn't even with Scentsy, but the courier service, so really Jo could have said it was up to me to deal with it, but she didn't, her customer service is absolutely top notch and she's also a rather fabulous person! I would highly recommend anyone wanting to know more about Scentsy products have a chat with Jo, she really knows her stuff, won't pressure you to buy anything and she'll definitely make sure you're happy and well looked after!

I'm the worlds fussiest person when it comes to fragrances. But Jo always seems to know just what I'll like. She's put up with my requests for "Christmas scents that don't smell Christmassy" and "Floral scents that aren't too flowery" without batting an eyelid and never fails to find something I love. Her product knowledge is outstanding. It's almost she knows what you need even before you've decided you need it! I started out wanting one mini burner. I know have 2 mini ones, a large one, a mini fan, 2 Scentsy Buddies that my daughters adore, plus fragrance flowers and wax melts galore! The packaging is beautiful, and the care and attention that go into each purchase make you almost not want to unwrap them. Jo is friendly, helpful, patient and absolutely hilarious too. I call her my Scentsy Fairy Godmother and I would never go elsewhere!

I recently got wax warmer for my restaurant from Jo.After trying all types of scented candles and sprays I was surprised at how amazing these wax warmers were. My restaurant is smelling delicious everywhere. I am very fussy when it comes to buying anything. But Jo impressed me very easily not just with her products but with her service. She let me test the wax warmer for a week before I decided to place my order and when my order was taking time to come she gave me her own to use until She could deliver mine. I really like how jo builds authentic relationships with her customers and goes out Of her way to give them excellent experience. Scentsy was recommended to me after I visited a friend’s house and commented on how lovely it smelled when I walked in! I went straight home and ordered my first product, a wax warmer. I now have a total of 7 warmers around the house from mini plug ins to Scentsy Go’s, love them all! What a fantastic experience from start to finish! Jo took the time to show me various products on a Zoom call as I wasn't exactly sure what I needed. I'm new to the Scentsy seen so Jo sent me some smells before I choose one I liked. I was buying for a gift so needed options. The warmer looks great and the care and attention to the packaging amazed me, it was beautiful. Jo was very helpful, I wasn't sure which three new scents I wanted. She had her sample selection, that I was then able to smell and make my decision from. Love love my Scentsy products! We now have over 4 different warmers. My latest being a portable Scentsy Go for the car. Feel happy I can leave them on in safety.
