I don't ever leave reviews, I don't press stars on Yelp, however I must give credit to where credit is due. Hands down, 1. Best Education/Advice 2. Best Customer Service 3. Most Transparent. Nobody likes to deal with insurance companies, at least I don't. I have been with the same company for 6+years and then I met Clay Fitzhugh. He told me he worked with State Farm and asked if he could have an opportunity to help. This conversation was PreCovid. Soon, Covid hit and I got swamped! Fast forward , 1 year later, I noticed that he had been trying to reach me all year but I had no idea as his number was coming through as Scam Likely (as TMobile likes to get confused sometimes, smh)! I felt horrible! I immediately call him and I am so glad I did! He gave me an A+++ experience! He saved me money, upgraded my policy and it was quick and painless. I have built business my entire career and have worked with large reputable companies and their sales teams and honestly, it's been a loooong time since I've met such an honest, hard working, committed, persistent, passionate representative with such a great attitude!! Listen, If you don't want confusion and just want real honest talk, a good deal and/or just someone to make the experience simple and fun, reach out to Clay. Guarantee, if he's willing to wait that long for me, he will definitely work hard for you!

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with State Farm and their representative Clay Fitzhugh. My prior experiences with State Farm have not been great, to say the least, so I was not hopeful for the experience this time. Clay called due to the interest I had in renter's insurance and the inquiry I filed online. I'm moving out in the next couple of weeks and was curious at what rates I could find. For convenience I clicked State Farms' ad link when I searched for "Renter's Insurance" quotes on google. I figured I'd just get a ball park quote, so I could compare others I found in my search. I ended up deciding to go with a competitor due to some friends recommending it to me. This morning Clay reached out to me, but I was unable to answer or return his call for the entirety of the day. Clay was persistent and reached out a second time towards the end of the day and caught me at my first free moment. To keep it short he saved me well over $100 on my auto insurance, $40 on my renter's insurance, and, most important, never once made me feel pressured to buy anything. I felt comfortable and at ease the entire time. Clay did a fantastic job and I can completely recommend him due to my experience!

This office has some of the most knowledgeable people in the industry. When I was switching auto insurance I always look for local agents and I was able to find this office. The lady that helped me was Jasmine Briano. She gave me a quote for my vehicles and took the time to go over each coverage. I have older vehicles and she asked which vehicles I drive the most to make sure I had the correct coverage. Her quote was a couple of dollars more than what I was previously paying, but I loved her attention to detail and she made me and my family feel safe. My review is only 4 stars, like I said the policy was more than what I was paying previously but worth it. It makes me feel like if we have an accident they will guide us in the write way when filing a claim or take of us when we have any concerns in regards to our policy.

Elizabeth Chairez-Dimas is nothing short of a rock star. She is professional, personable and flexible in helping you find what you need and trying to get the best price possible. I know God must have sent her to my cheap butt cause just by bundling renters insurance and my car, my car monthly dropped $4! Might not be much to you but read the first part…I’m cheap! I just wanted to share that Elizabeth has been a great help with me and my mom. My mom only speak Spanish therefore Elizabeth has never hesitated to help out and explain stuff to my mom. After us being with Allsate for years we were really nervous about moving companies but Elizabeth did an amazing job and it was a very smooth process. Even after us getting the policy she gave us a better deal than Allsate and made sure me and my mom were taken care of. She is very sweet and has great customer service. She is super quick with her emails i never have to wait a long period of time for her response. Thanks to her we are very glad we chose State Farm.

My mom and I were shopping around for insurance for our 3 cars and the pricing was fine at one point but after a year it just kept going up. Well initially Clay with State Farm called and the quote wasn't quite where we wanted it to be so he said he would try us back in a couple of months. A few days ago I needed to get new renters insurance and was calling around companies and called this one.
