Jones Moves were incredible at rescuing us from a no show from another firm, but even without that the service provided cannot be faulted in any way. We contacted Jones Moves after a removal company of ours failed to attend a pre-arranged booking at the last minute. They were nothing but helpful in the various communications during the relevant day where things were moving quickly, both on our side with the movers who failed to attend, and their side with the potential cancellation we were possibly able to fill. I cannot thank Rosie enough for her regular, helpful communication and complete patience and understanding of the situation. When our original movers finally confirmed they had rebooked us for the following day I thanked Jones Moves for their help and that they would not be required. Following our removal company then again failing to turn up for a second day running I was able to book Jones Moves to bail us out. Within 2 hours they had mobilized a team with all packing materials and they were in my flat packing everything up. Within a further 4 hours they had completed the packing, removal to the new address and unpacking of the lorry- including a disassemble and reassemble of an outside table. Every single item was wrapped properly and with care, not a thing was broken, scratched or damaged (with many fragile items being packed and moved) and at all times the team were professional, polite, courteous and incredibly efficient. I cannot thank Jones Moves enough for bailing us out of an awful situation due to another company's failure, but notwithstanding that I cannot praise highly enough the quality of service given, let alone the fact it was arranged in only a couple of hours notice. These guys have been fantastic and will be recommended as far and as wide as I can.

It's the second time we've used this service. I called them again because they did such an extraordinary job the first time. This time we got the packing and moving service, a move of about 120 miles. We got the same two movers as the first time, and they are super professional and nice. They came the day before the move to pack everything. They include all of the packing materials and honestly we didn't have to lift a finger, which is incredible given how stressful moves are. Also Rosie deserves commendation. I think anyone else would've been driven insane by how many questions I sent them by email when we were planning the move. We were ambivalent between a few different options in separate towns, so I wrote a few times to ask for multiple budgets to help us plan better. She was always super nice! I can't recommend them enough! I feel like their prices are a really good value given the service they offer. I don't think I could ever go back to just a man and van service. If only I'm a bit sad that we probably won't be able to call them next time we need to move now that we've moved so far from London.

My wife and I used Jones Removals to move our 1 bedroom flat in London over to a 4 bedroom house in Hertfordshire. Rosie was extremely responsive throughout the transaction and bent over backwards in the lead up to the move, when participants in our chain were being difficult with agreeing on a final completion date. On the day the three gentlemen came on time, were methodical with their packing into the van and treated everything with care as if it were their own. To top things off, when it came to us picking up our keys, the sellers took a lot longer than expected (way beyond their legal time) to clear out the property, meaning the Jones Removal team were delayed. However, they patiently sat and the moment they had an opportunity were quick, with care and quality to unpack for us. They didn't have to do that, especially as it wasn't their fault! With all that being said, they made a very stressful day slightly less stressful. Thanks again team and will definitely use you again for the next move (hopefully in years to come!)

Fab experience from start to finish. Rosie was absolutely brilliant getting us booked in, answering my many many questions and, when I realised we had way more boxes than planned, arranging for us to have an extra van at short notice at a very reasonable price. We also really appreciated that you didn't have to pay until the day before the move and how flexible they said they could be if anything feel through with the sale. On moving day, Casey, Aaron and Liam were great. Everything was moved and handled with utmost care and taken to the right place in the house. The guys were polite and very respectful, plus they were also very quick workers. When a bookcase wouldn't fit up the stairs, they unassembled it to transport it and reassembled it upstairs. Considering it was a cheap ikea bookshelf I was so impressed they managed to disassemble and reassemble it so quickly without damaging it - flat pack isn't exactly the most sturdy. They took so much stress out of moving day and I couldn't recommend them more highly.

I just moved today to a new flat. From the moment I requested a quote until the end of the moving service, all went smoothly. Moved from Croydon to Staines and JonesMoves were crucial to to the ease of the move. By far the cheapest quote for the move (especially as it was for three men and a luton van) and Rosie was very helpful with answering all of my questions and getting us booked in before the move. On the day, although they arrived later than planned, they were very efficient with packing the van and we were amazed by how much they could get in! Unpacking at the other end was done as well very efficiently and quickly. Despite having to climb two flights of stairs with some heavy furniture, there were no complaints and they just got on with the job. Throughout the entire process, everyone was friendly and accommodating and we were very glad we had decided to move using their services. I would highly recommend JonesMove for an affordable but highly efficient move with minimal fuss. We would definitely use them again for our next move!

This company is an absolute gem! Rosie was quick to respond to my email enquiries and my 1000 annoying questions/changes. We got booked in and I was sent all the info I needed to feel confident for the day of the move. The moving team did an incredible job, they loaded my entire flat in London in just over an hour! The move was from London to Farnborough and they got here in a really reasonable time. The new property was upstairs with no lift and they were quick but still respectful of our belongings. They did a great job to take care of our furniture and to not scratch the floors/doorways when bringing everything in. Their prices were really affordable and they didn't require a deposit or pre payment, so we could easily save up and pay on the day. Cannot rate them enough, highly recommend if you're doing any move, big or small!

I used Jones Moves to move house a couple weeks ago and couldn't be happier with the experience. Roise Jones provided me with propt responses to my questions and a very competitive quote with no hidden fees. On the day of my move, a team of three arrived on time and worked extremely efficiently whislt ensuring that of all my items were properly protected and handled with care. What was absolutely astonishing to me is that while my new flat was only 1.5 miles away, they only took 2 hours from their arrival to complete my move! I was also pleased that all items were accounted for with no damge sustained to any my possessions or either of the flats. Having experienced a disastrous house move from Devon into storage last year, I was recommended and used Liam and Casey. They were quick, careful and most professional when handling my possessions, whilst Rosie gave helpful and supportive advice. They were also priced very competitively so were my first choice for a next, more complicated move. This involved the removal of the house contents out of storage to an address in West London and the part unloading, and collection of other goods, before delivery to a second address. It was a long and difficult day but Liam and Casey were fast, efficient, cheerful throughout and I received a very reasonable bill. Therefore, I would not hesitate to endorse JonesMoves to my family and friends in the future.

I couldn't speak more highly of Jones Moves. From my initial email requesting a quote, Rosie was responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. She answered messages within minutes, regardless of the day or time, and also offered assistance to help when I needed some pre-packing boxes. The crew - especially Liam an Casey - were great. STRESS FREE MOVE!!!! I've just moved after lockdown restrictions have eased. The move had been planned for a while and delayed as per governement advice. During this time they were never closed and they helped me so much when I had furniture to move into storage as I would have lost it. On the day of my move, my stuff was in two different locations and not packed very well which they repacked for me prior to moving. They were so careful with my belongings and reassembled my bed, sofa and some other things in my new flat. Seriously nothing was too much trouble for them from start to finish. Thank you so much to the team that turned up yesterday 28/5/20. They was on time and professional. I had a big house and a lot of stuff, they managed to fit it all in the van which I was very impressed with. The move was from Aylesbury to London. When we arrived at storafe we realised my unit was not big enough so had to get a bigger one which made the unloading more challenging as the new unit was on a 3rd floor. The Jones team was so helpful and went out of their way even though this added on 3 hours to the move. I cannot thank them enough for making the move smooth and stress free. Highly recommended them. Highly recommend !!!! Firstly they were the only company not to bombard me with constant calls, voicemails and emails. Great communication with Rosie; clear and competitive pricing - no hidden fees or add ons. They arrived promptly on the day and despite heavy rain throughout the move the guys were very friendly and professional. We had an issue with our washing machine's plumbing and they advised us what to do - very much appreciated as we were completing on the same day. I shopped around a fair bit and this company is by far the best for price and value for money not to mention making a very stressful process as straightforward as possible.

I can't rate otherwise. Definitely a good 5 stars for this family company. We appreciated clear communication since the first quote. Little bit more expensive than other quotations, but no hidden fees and we personally loved the quote as fix job, no hourly. That gave us peace of mind. On the day of our move, three guys came over, very polite and very good. They did an amazing job moving our stuff from a second top floor to another second top floor, ..tough job!!! What an experience! I enjoyed every moment of doing nothing! I was really worried as I had had quite a few bad experiences in the past. I was just preparing myself for another torture where I end up doing my own move. Well not with these guys! They arrived 10 minutes before their 1 hour window and while I was getting rid of my last bits of trash they almost finished bringing down everything. I couldn't believe my eyes. Same at my new place, they brought their own runners to cover the carpet and were so careful to stay on them. Also, lovely customer service, Rosie is very helpful and she responds quickly. These guys are absolutely fantastic! We were moving 90 minutes out of London and our little house was absolutely crammed full of things. Every cupboard was packed full and they turned up and got the lot packed with such speed and all done so carefully. We also lived down a pretty notorious road in terms of parking and how narrow it was but they managed to make it all work even moving around the rubbish and recycling truck as it was bin day when we moved. I could not recommend these guys more. Rosie was also excellent and went above and beyond to fit us in which we really appreciated. Thank you so much guys, true professionals.

We used Jones Moves to move from a 3rd floor flat with no lift to a 2nd floor flat with no lift. As I'm almost 8 months pregnant it was important we had a stress free moving experience and that's exactly what we got! The team arrived at 8.45am and were done and dusted by 11.20am....amazing considering how much stuff we had and all those stairs! The men were friendly, hard working and efficient. They even took our old sofa and boxes to the dump for us. We would definitely use this company again and I recommend to everyone. If you're thinking about using them for your move, do it!! We moved two flats into one house and Rosie and the guys couldn't have been more helpful, accommodating or professional. I cannot tell you how brilliant Jonesmoves were helping us to move house this week. The guys were so quick and efficient at getting everything ready and packed up. We had a really long wait before our keys came from the estate agent so the guys had to stay on much later than planned but even then they were incredibly helpful, polite, positive and held on right to the end to make sure we were sorted and had everything ready in the flat. They made an awful day much more bearable!

A comparison site gave me two options for removal services and Rosie was very sweet and helpful in her communications and being as they were local and family run (as well as competitively priced) it was a no brainer to use them. Moving is always stressful, especially when you’re on your own, but the guys made it all very easy coming in and taking away and bringing it all back at the other place. Amazing service and super quick move. 3 movers came instead of 2 and all our belongings went out very quickly. Arrived around 9:30 and we were finished moving by 13:00 and we even had to wait for the keys to the new place. Very professional at dealing with awkward and large items and everything was safely secured in the van. Nothing was damaged at all, they wrapped our TV and glass artwork. If someone asked to recommend a company I would tell them jonesmoves hands down :)

I would give these guys six stars if I could. The service they provided was simply outstanding. They were punctual, patient, and efficient. They packed my entire two-bed cottage, drove to my new property 20 kilometres up north, and moved everything into my smaller apartment with a tiny door, lift, and staircase all in two days. (even our most delicate of glasses that break just by looking at them arrived safely wrapped in one piece- I was amazed!). The Jones brothers moved me out of my flat into storage and kept their cool on the second hottest day of the year (summer 2022)! They were polite, friendly, efficient, and helped advise on storage needs. When it came to collecting my belongings 3 months later, everything was stored neatly and easy to unload.

Absolutely fantastic. Lovely guys, did a throughly professional job. They packed the van perfectly, and there was no damage despite a lot of plants and soft objects. They even managed to get our sofa down some stairs and into a door that we were sure was too small for it. Would 100% recommend to anyone
