Came for an all black work shoe... left with that and then some! I was impressed and have been meaning to shout out my sales chic, SHE WAS AWESOME!! I believe her name was Taylor. She had EXCELLENT customer service!! Very helpful and patient. I had to try a few sizes on of each shoe I bought and she took each right shoe out and prepped it for me to try on. This is so uncommon these days! Taylor was an exceptional example of customer service! Keep it up beautiful!

Wonderful customer service! The associates were so helpful in assisting my kids with their back to school shoes. My kids were measured for shoe sizes and everything was available that they wanted. I will definitely be returning to this location in the West End Mall.
