I went in today to return a bag that I bought. I had my new untouched bag with my original receipt, the only two items needed to make a return as stated on the receipt. These two obnoxious and rude girls working did not make the return and instead laughingly mocked me. Horrible employees. Will not be coming back.

Chelsea was beyond helpful and had an amazing attitude. Her customer service skills are really top notch and I appreciate her advice. There was another worker working with her as well and he advised us om how some shoes fit and expand over time. All in all great experience with the staff.

Two ladies were helping me out today - one of them had the prettiest nails with butterflies on them and the other was working cash (April 16th around 12pm).. shoutout to you two! I also love my new shoes, thanks for some amazing customer service<3

I had a very unpleasant experience, I came in to buy shoes before my trip and despite being in a rush I waited patiently to get some help finding the pair I lied in my size. The employees saw but didn’t care to help ans the Caucasian lady

Good merchandise but horrible employees. Sold me faulty pair of boots, when I went to make an exchange within an hour of purchasing Destiny told me I might have caused the damage while I was trying it on. Destiny, how can I damage a $250

Bought a few things from here in the past. Even when I don’t buy anything the workers are super nice and very friendly. They don’t push you to buy things and don’t mind if you change your mind. Very good prices and a great environment.

I was helped by a very friendly girl. She helped me find my size and also measured my daughters foot for the first time. Very good service and welcoming.
