I have been coming here for about 6 months now after a couple bad experiences of damages cloths at another laundromat in the area. This laundromat is always clean, the attendant that is there 90% of the time is very friendly and helpful. Parking can be a pain but the attendant is glad to help you park and will even find the drivers of other cars if you're blocked in. There are lots of washers, dryers, and tons of space to fold your laundry. It's something like 100 washers and dryers. Even when this place is busy there is still some room for you to wash, dry, and fold. I haven't used it, but they do offer a laundry washing service that I believe costs $1 per pound of laundry. Great service of you're in a crunch! Overall can be noisy sometimes if kids are running around, but music and headphones drown that out. Thanks Joy Land!

I’ve been coming here for years, never had any major problems. They raised their prices this year (like every where else). The dryers don’t seem to work as well any more. I had to leave today with damp clothes after over an hour in the dryer. I went in and a load of my clothes got ruined by a crayon in one of the washers. The woman working told me it was my fault for not looking for the crayon in the washer before I put my clothes in… I’m not sure how I was supposed to find the crayon when I checked before, when the piece of crayon was only a ¼ of the entire thing… might have to find a new laundromat

This place is great. My first time coming here and they have a lot of washers and dryers for mostly anything you'd need to wash and dry. The owner informed me that the were in the process of fixing the air conditioner and it was quiet hot in there but he came around and gave every person there an ice cold water bottle and apologized for the inconvenience. He even gave the little kids that were there some cold sunny delights. This is my first time coming to this place to do my laundry and it won't be my last. Great experience overall!

Usually a good place to do laundry. Most of the time it's really full and there's no where to park. I had a bad experience there like two weeks ago where one of the dryers went up in flames and I had to wait like an hour for the firefighters to let us back in and I had to rewash all my clothes because the clothes smelled like smoke. They didn't offer a discount or anything for me to rewash my clothes even though it was their fault one of the dryers caught on fire. I thought that was not cool.

Good 24 hour laundromat. There's always an attendant on duty so it's clean and safe all the time. The fluff-and-fold service is really good, very popular, and competitively priced. There have been a few mistakes with my clothes, but they always apologize and do their best to make it right.

This is a fairly decent laundromat, except that they post open 24 hrs, but upon arrival at 11 pm they were closed even while the entry sign still flashed "open." This is second time it happened. And the employee inside seemed unconcerned about the inconvenience this caused.

I'm very unhappy with service received this morning. I'm actually still here drying. Employee didn't care to help me resolve an issue with washer. I don't even know what language he speaks. I cam here cause it's open 24/7. NO MORE.. consider hiring competent employees.

Be careful when you in this place keep you kids close to you. This is the 3rd time I see this with 3 other guys. Last night I had seen this one guy Takes his paints off no underwear on and put in in the washer. I do have pictures of the incident.

This place is always clean. The staff here are friendly and helpful without being annoying! They are open 24 hrs, so, if you don't like crowds... 7 eleven is next door. Not enough parking is my only complaint. Oh, and free wifi. Yay!! .....

I would give zero stars if allotted. I used to go to this laundromat for years; however, this place has gone downhill. The prices have gone up very high. The machines are not well maintained. There is no hot wash. There is no hot water in

This place is very nice, very well maintained, and has great customer service! Would recommend this laundromat to anyone it is fantastic and I have been coming here for years! The driers and washers are also perfect.

This jack is real close 2 my friends apt.cant say nothing bad about jack.there shakes are to die for.please come and enjoy there food.but please try a shake.u will say hes right.there fantastic.

I love that they are open late. Quick and easy to get my laundry done. My clothes dont come out as clean anymore - not sure if it is my clothes, detergent I use or the washers.

Whatever you do, DO NOT let the lady with a scarf over her head wash your laundry that good money you pay for. She ruined all my whites and folds terribly with no care.

this laundromat stays really busy there's a nice man that works hear at Joy land laundry but the street is kind of ghetto a lot of police drive up and down reseda.

Love it! Workers are so nice....place is always clean...and they will help you with anything laundry! Bella and I walk in and they always greet her.

i m staying at Howard Johnson near this place. One of the cleanest laundromat in LA area super nice and friendly owner. I m glad I find this place.

Is ok, but I think the machines need to be fix. I coudnt choose different settings in two machines. The bottom was broken. The place is clean.

All machines are fairly priced and this establishment is clean. Its also convenient to a 7/11. I always have a fun time doing laundry here!

Very clean, I've never seen a coin laundry this cared for. All the machines are new and we'll maintained. Great management, nice very.

Not enough parking and could be cleaner. We had to re wash our clothes elsewhere because they had a mildew smell from the machines.
