Yo tengo 9 años comprado pasteles de Juanita's. Fui cliente fiel por muchos años. Los ultimos 2 o 3 años he notado varios cambio que incluye con el servicio. Ya la calidad de servicio se ha vuelto pesimo. Las mujeres que estan en frente tomando ordenes no sabe trabajar con el publico. Se ponen bien repugnante cuando uno les dice la falta de communication y la falta de atencion a errores muy pequenos. Son muy descuidadas con la atencion que dan. Hoy sera la Ultima vez que les pido un pastel. Don't waste your time at Juanita's, the front workers are incapable of getting a simple order right. They will not hold themselves accountable for their lack of communication nor will they take accountability for their mistakes. The women there are immature and quite frankly rude. The last 2 or 3 years that's I've been to Juanita's I've had the worst experience. I used to buy cakes every other month from them for 9 years. Then I started only buying from them twice a year. When I really wanted a dominican cake. Now I won't be going anymore. I'm gonna have to wait till I go to NY to set some authentic dominican cake. The owner Juanita is just a sweetheart. It's a shame her employees can't follow her lead..

The customer service in the bakery is horrible. I ordered a $300 cake from this place and had ask for it to be delivered to the event so I can assure myself that it will get there in one piece. the delivery price was $100 for about a 20 min drive. Seems a little high, but I took it anyway. I had ask to have it delivered before 4pm (the event starts at 5) They show up at 5pm to only tell me that they had a small accident. They had cracked the cake on top. Very minor. I then told him that I would accept the cake as is but that I would not pay for delivery. He then got mad and slammed his trunk sarcastically saying that he will bring the cake back in time. (it was already 5) I called Juanita and explained and she tells me that I need to have some consideration because they took time to bring me the cake. Time that cost me $100. they made me pay for everything over the phone or else I wouldn't get the cake. they finally brought the cake close to 8:30pm. To only find out that the $400 cake taste like it was 2 weeks old. I will never request this bakery to anyone. Its a Dominican spot and im Dominican as well and its sad to see that this is how "my people" do business.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS PLACE OR OWNER. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!! If i could rate this place 0 stars, i would. My girlfriend recently ordered a cake for my 24th birthday for $265 dollars. The cake was picked up with care, but literally 15 minutes later, the cake started to fall apart from the middle. It literally cracked and fell apart into 3 different pieces. It was horribly done and a $15 photo she ordered wasn't even on the cake. We came back to make a complaint with the owner to hopefully get our money back, but she refused and claimed it was our fault. The cake was handled with extreme care obviously for my birthday and we literally have video proof of the cake falling apart which was showed to the owner. She claimed "someone smashed it with their hand". NO ONE TOUCHED THE CAKE. It's tradition for the birthday boy/girl to get the first bite which i clearly was unable to do. Tons of pictures and videos were presented to her and she still refused. She then proceeded to be very rude and threatened to call the police. This place isn't what it used to be. Never buying here again. Be warned.

I shouldn’t even put one! I can’t believe years of been buying cakes from them and I always taken them home the same way and my cake is cracked when I got there they took for Evers to take care of me and I saw that my cake was there outside chilling when that place is hot just melting away! And people in front of me where complaining about their cakes not been the way they asked for, people coming in for their cakes and they where not ready they were delayed so much! They charge so much for something that is not worth it! I would definitely NOT recommend so please don’t waste your time and look for professional people with more staff so they can make the cakes accordingly!

Lo que venden es bizcocho de vainilla de caja, no es bizcocho Dominicano de cumpleaños. Yo soy Dominicano, antes lo hacian bien. Los bizcochos saben a bizcocho barato de caja. Gastamos mas de $100 y no sirvio lo botamos, bonito por fuera pero un disparate por dentro. Llame para hablar con la dueña y la mujer que contesto que no era Dominicana me dijo que lo unico diferente del bizcocho Dominicano es el merengue. Una ignorante que no sabe lo que habla, el Dominicano cuando prueba un bizcocho Dominicano lo conoce no solo por el merengue, si no por el sabor y la textura muy diferente a un bizcocho barato de caja.

Mandamos a hacer un pastel para 30 personas Personalizado con la figura de un pollito para el cumpleaños de mi hijo. Acordamos que el pastel con todo lo que pedimos iba a ser $95.00. Al llegar a recoger el pastel nos dieron un pastel sin la figura del pollito. El señor nos alegó que el pastel era sin el pollito y a ese precio. Terriblemente decepcionante ya que la idea era la personalización del pastel!!!!!!!! Para este pastel sin gracia hubiese mejor comprado en Costco ó alguna otra tienda. Pagar el dinero para recibir nada!!! Además mala ortografía. Ultima vez que compramos aquí ya que esto es una estafa!!

I was craving some Dominican cake and we decided to get it for our anniversary. It was a vanilla cake with pineapple filling. It was kinda dry and it didn't have enough pineapple filling. Kinda disappointed. Not sure if I would try buying there again. I think I will opt to do it myself next time. Estába antojada de bizcocho Dominicano y decidí conseguir uno para mí aniversario. Era un bizcocho de vainilla con piña. Estába un poco seco y no tenía mucha piña en el medio. No quedé muy contenta con la compra. Creo que para una próxima intentaré hacerlo yo misma.

Horrible experience at this bakery i usually order cakes for my family birthday at this place on this occasion I just call in to see if they had any available they did had one left, I pick up the cake but this cake was dry, taste so nasty that cake was not fresh looks like the cake was from several days my husband and I got sick right away after eating this cake I'm never buying cake front this place is a waste of money call the place and they try to say they bake the cakes every day not true left my info never received a callback.

Fui a comprar un pastel y la señora no me atendió como se debe. Yo iba buscando un pastel de tres leches y quería saber los diferentes rellenos y quería comprar rebanadas para probar los pasteles antes de ordenar un pastel grande. Salí del establecimiento con dos rebanadas de pastel y jamás me dijo que rellenos tenían, sabores, decoraciones, en fin absolutamente nada. Me dijo que los pasteles los hacen en viernes para sábado y mi evento era para un domingo. Que mal servicio y que mala es la atención compré el pastel en otro lado.

Seria bueno que el dueño o gerente esté pendiente de la clase de atención que los empleados están dando e sido clienta fiel por más de 8 años y lo más duro fue ver a mi hija llorar por que en su fiesta se quedó sin pastel ojalá alguna persona a que tome acción comentario. I was truly disappointed in the merengue cake that I ordered for my husband's birthday yesterday. I could taste areas of baking soda and there was not enough pin a in the feeling. I didn't have this problem when i ordered it in the past. Normally, Juanita's Dominican cakes reminded me of my NYC Dominican cakes. I felt as if I not only offered my husband a birthday cake of poor quality, but I also wasted 43 dollars. Never again!

Ame mi pastel de baby shower , quedó exactamente como lo quería como el modelo de diseño , fue increíble la felicidad que me dio mi pastel de baby shower , el sabor delicioso súper fresco y suavecito gracias Juanita’s bakery por brindarme tanta emoción con mi pastel de verdad no tengo dudas de volver en el futuro con ustedes !!! Muy mala experiencia, no los recomiendo!!! Ordene un cake con anticipación y al final resulto un fracaso. El cake se fue para un lado y fuimos a que los arreglaran y dijeron que no tenía tiempo y que si no lo quería que lo Regresará!.. te dicen una hora y no son puntuales! No tienen un servicio al cliente y son muy malos educados y mal hablados a la hora de resolver!

This is no longer a Dominican bakery like they make themselves to be. They have South American employees working and the cakes no longer taste like authentic Dominican cakes like they once did. Very disappointed. Esto no es panadería dominicana, los bizcochos son hechos por empleados Sur americanos y ya no tienen el sabor de bizcocho dominicano que antes tenían.

"LA GRAN ESTAFA" tanto en calidad, sabor, y precio! Compre un pastel para 40 persona esperando lo mejor, me costo $165, ni si quiera era de fondant... la torta super reseca, decoración sencilla... en $80 estaba Re-bien pagado. Estan mas ricos los de bjs... NO RECOMIENDO Juanitas Bakery. Lamento no haber leido los comentarios antes de comprar...

I went yesterday to order a cake for my daughter's 18th birthday, I don't know if it was the owner but there was a guy probably like 55 years old but he has the worse customer service, I will never go AGAIN he acts like he is giving things for free. They have things on display that are not available, I will not recommend this bakery it all!

I would not recommend this place, i ordered two cakes and some cupcakes for a baby shower , merengue flavor. One cake and the cupcakes arrived good the other that i carried on my lap out the nowhere the top part of the cake just slided on its own, apparently the two parts were not bounded very well.

Amazing services by Juanita. I always come to her when I need quality work done. Had this cake done in tres leches and it was moist and sweet. Perfect for the occasion we needed, an anniversary. The cake looked amazing and the photo came out great! I definitely would recommend her to anyone!

We have been buying cakes from Juanita's from last 4 years and had no complains ever. The Birthday cakes are delicious, well decorated and most importantly very fresh made on the same day. I definitely recommend this Bakery for well decorated and delicious cakes.

I paid $45 for the world's driest tres leches cake. It was downright awful. I had a 1pm pick up time and had to wait 45 minutes to have happy birthday written on it. I've had better tres leches cakes from Publix!! Never again!

They don’t make the cakes like they used to, Juanitas doesn’t make some cakes, the decorations you ask for don’t get made correctly, I repeated multiple times how I wanted the color of the two cakes and they mixed it up
