Mixed experiences. Used them once before, physicallt getting a taxi from their office at the station and that was fine. Today, have tried calling maybe 6 times throughout the day and every time they answer but then immediately hang up without saying anything...so I don't think I'll be using them for my taxi ride tomorrow morning!

Today the driver broke my suitcase which is very unprofessional, no apologies even from the customer service while my husband spoke with them right after the incident. jubilee cars refuses to refund the taxi amount or fund for the broken suitcase. Very rude!! Is there an anyway to get this issue sorted? Someone please help!

Used to be the most reliable taxi service with very polite drivers. However, used them a few months ago and was overcharged, had very rude drivers and one got lost on the way to the airport! Tried to get a refund but the owner kept making excuses and we still haven’t been refunded for the amount we overpaid.

The service provided exceeded expectations. We enjoyed a safe journey, with a warm-hearted sense of confidence in our driver who made the time to show a genuine interest and concern to be sure that the trip was a good one. We can most definetely recommend Jubilee Cars Stanmore. Thanks.

This company has uneducated, incompetent and unprofessional driver's!! They regularly ILLEGALLY park in Stanmore Station, causing road to be blocked.

Once again, their driver's are parked in a clearly marked bus stand/stop bay illegally!
