Had an emergency with a very ill infant. Was kept waiting for long at the waiting bay as the clinician was only one and in the wards. The lab technician couldn't draw blood from my baby and kept casually piercing the baby amid shrieks from the little one. The results came with most parameters lacking reference range and none had interpretation. The clinician who was supposed to assist was rude and short-tempered and refused to answer any questions that we asked regarding the results. He even went to a point of telling us off to look for another facility to get assistance despite paying a consultation fee of Kes 500 and Kes 3,000 for lab test ( CRP/TBC). This was the night of Christmas Day this year when we all should be caring and loving esp the medical fraternity. I wouldn't recommend this facility to anyone who cares about the well-being of their loved ones.

This hospital is the best. I delivered my baby here and I was over satisfied with their services. The doctors and nurse all working around the clock to ensure safe delivery. Going to Juja Road Hospital was the best decision I ever made and next baby I'll go there again. Thank you for serving us to the best of your knowledge. That team was just God sent

UNPROFESSIONAL! Brought infant for check up after developing a fever ...The Clinician WITHOUT any further check up or tests or anything prescribed an antibiotic by word of mouth....from there I just knew ....was gonna go straight to another hospital. Nilipiga simu kwenye kituo kabla ya ziara yangu na nikapata mwakilishi wa huduma kwa wateja mkorofi sana. Alijibu simu, lakini akaendelea kuchati na wenzake na kuniacha nikiongea peke yangu kwenye simu. Simu 5 asubuhi moja zilishughulikiwa kwa njia ile ile. Sikuweza kutembelea baada ya tukio kama hilo.

Uwee Mende all over....hadi zinakulia mtu chakula..... services so poor my bedsheets zilikua zimejaa damu na lazima ushinde huko umewafuata wachange and mind you I'm a cs patient so unaamua the baby alale kwa side yenye Safi wewe unaketi kwa Kiti...... wouldn't recommend anyone …

I beg you all, please do not take your wife to this hospital. It is worse than the infamous Pumwani. The female nurses are rude. The services are pathetic. Woe unto you if she undergoes an "emergency C.S". They do not care about the patients, all they want is money.

Huduma za polepole sana. Niliondoka na mke wangu baada ya saa 3 za kungoja baada ya kulipa ada ya mashauriano. Hakuna nafasi hata kidogo. Sehemu ya kusubiri haiwezi hata kubeba watu 10. Mpokezi asiye na adabu. EPUKA UKIWEZA!!!

Wanawake waliopo kwenye mapokezi hawana taaluma na maringo mingi. Pili, huyu doctor kwa jina Dr Shadrack Too very arrogant and feel of himself hataki kuuliza maswali,ukimuuliza anakasirika like a class four kid. Aibu kwako

Mapokezi mabaya, wapokezi wasio na adabu ambao hawajali. Slooooow service, daktari mmoja tu, wengine wanazunguka huku na huko wakipiga kelele. Ilinibidi niondoke bila huduma baada ya saa za kusubiri...Usipoteze muda wako.

Unpleasant expirience. Took my DM with a caught, I am charged 3k for lab test alone....then the receptionist is very rude. "Eti hakuna PDQ ya lab" weuh!! To Alavoid if you can.

Hospitali ina usimamizi mbovu na huduma duni sana kwa wateja. Majuto kwenda hapa! Wanachojali ni pesa tu.

Huduma zao ni za daraja la kwanza. Wafanyakazi ni wa kirafiki na wamehitimu kwa huduma wanazotoa.
