A branch which is smaller than the one in Mall of the Emirates, yet their staff are really helpful and different. Mr. Habil approached me and talked to me about Dyson products and asked me to try it if I want. We had a little general chat and he was so kind, smiling, friendly and very helpful. One of the best employees indeed. Highly recommended if you are looking for Dyson hair products as he will definitely help you.

They customer service promised me that the range extender of WiFi is compatible with all router and I tried and even I call the internet provider to receive a confirmation that is not compatible with the installed router. I return to Jumbo and they cut 15% of the price.. and it was quite expensive

Really bad experience, the staff is so busy on their phones. After waiting for 10 mins as i wanted a “camera expert” the gentleman shows up with zero knowledge about the camera + he left me in the middle of the conversation and went to another client.

The customer service is very bad, they are impatient and talk to themselves and don't care about the customers, their job is to stand and talking each other. Of all the jumbo branch I have ever bought from, Dubai hills is the worst and don't respect.

Worst place to shop. Their attitude and inflexibility is on another level. My first time horrible experience with a store like Jumbo. I don’t think they are in line with UAE’s consumer friendly policy. A shame to Jumbo group

Jumbo provides the best quality of electronics and they got the best team .. you can visit any branch around uae except the Dubai hills mall because they show the opposite

Danish at the cashier is very rude and not helpful at all. Why do stores hore people like that is beyond me.
