We came here a couple of weeks ago to get a couples massage through Groupon. The decor and ambiance leaves a bit to be desired but it wasn't necessarily a deal breaker for us. The massages themselves were pretty good... probably as good as you can get at most places. Our issue with this place occurred AFTER the massages. As we were getting ready to head to the front of the store, I noticed our massage therapist waiting for us near the door. We get to the register to pay a tip and we're informed that cash is preferred over card, which is fine. We didn't have cash so we tried to go the card route. The cashier tells us they charge 30% to use card. I tell her that that's not going to work. After a tense standoff about the tip, we offer to go get cash. Both the massage therapist and cash register spoke to each other in another language then requested we just use card with a 20% fee. We rejected the absurd fee. Noticing their uneasiness about us leaving to get cash, we told them that one of us would stay behind while the other gets cash. Before a final counter offer of $1 fee, they accepted. I've never experienced this type of standoff over a tip. The fact that they assumed (from the beginning) that we were capable of not properly compensating them was offensive. It reminded me of going to a liquor store and being followed by the workers when I was a kid.

Quality massages at a great affordable price! They have add-ons such as oils and scrubs that would normally cost much more at other places. I bought a Groupon to try out for the first time but I would definitely come back because they have great in-house specials/promotions regardless!! I appreciate that because I can still get the massages at a good price as a repeat customer without having to pay a drastic price difference. It is by appointments only through Groupon which is fair since they have so many regular clients to keep up with. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area looking for a great massage or a couple’s massage with their significant other. My boyfriend and I will be back!

I had an awful experience here. Poorly trained massage therapists who left me with bruises. For an hour, I tried to communicate that I was in pain or that something felt uncomfortable. She did not understand and kept doing the same thing. (The owner convinced me to try a different person but she was not better.) The massage was supposed to include a scrub and hot stones. There was none of that. Just weird soft strokes intermingled with hard bruising. I walked out midway, which I’ve never done before. Today, Im in a lot of pain. I asked for a refund but only got a partial refund for the minutes not used. I will take this up with my credit card company.

We got a Groupon couple 60 min. massage. The essential oil that was included in the package was never provided. There was no privacy due to open walls and thin curtains used as doors. You can hear everything throughout the whole facility, people coming in and out, people talking in the next room, etc. There was no communication with our massage therapists, I don't think they spoke English. The tables are extremely uncomfortable and cheap, my face hurt the whole time. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT. WOULD LOVE A REFUND.

I did a couples massage here, however I am pregnant so I paid an extra 10 dollars for the massage! It was hands down the worst massage I have ever had it, was just quite literally a back rub. I am utterly disappointed in the service if I could give it a zero I would, I was happy that my partner got the full effect but i on the other hand did not. This isn’t my first pregnancy so this isn’t my first pregnant massage. I hope that establishment does better but don’t waste your time or money

The experience was great. Fast service and amazing staff. But their location in Culver city was closed without notice and I almost missed my appointment today and I just learned about it a few minutes before my appointment. Luckily their other location is 4 miles away only in west LA. But with the LA traffic that 4 miles can be a 30mins drive. It would be great to get notified for a change of location so we can better prepare for the drive.

I feel really satisfied for the care when I was at this massage spa. The designs in the spa is very comfortable and those makes me feel more relax. The staffs are answer my questions patiently. After the massage and spa, I feel all of my pressure are gone away, and my body feel so comfortable that it seem like all acupuncture points have been opened up. I will definitely come back next time!

Everyone is warm and welcoming at June Snow massage spa. I feel comfortable there from the min I was on the phone with the receptionist to leaving my appointment with the register nurse, stephaine. June Snow massage spa was highly recommended by friends and I couldn’t be happier with my results.

The therapists are all friendly ,and the massages are helpful for relieve the neck and shoulders pain. Today I got half hour body and half hour foot massage with Milk & flower foot both，the milk foot bath was so nice，I love it so so much

We got the 1 hour massages and they were amazing! Everyone is so nice too! We walked out of there feeling brand new. ✨️
