Got a quote for a dui before i sent any money i asked to see if i could get a good time to call them and talk it over as i was at work and texting with them. They asked questions and gave the most bland response without explaining anything and said “we charge 4000 for that 2000 down” i asked after if i could get a good time to call or a scheduled tiem to call and ask what all this will entail and what the next steps would be and my father has some questions he wanted me to ask it’s been 3 days no response i hired a different lawyer very disappointed in the customer service and lack of information given for a company that’s supposedly well known you would think they would take a better approach in confirming the and putting their customers at ease and that they’re making a good decision when all you get is ok responses and the longest response being we charge 4000 for that and 2000 to get started then won’t work with you to schedule a time for a call so you can ask some simple within reason questions makes you realize how much the value their customers they’re gimmicky and care about money not your case

Jungle Law & Monica Boatwright did an excellent job getting my Huge, Huge ticket dismissed for Leawood ks which is an expensive city for traffic tickets! I worried quite a lot @ the beginning of the court process but Monica assured me not to worry & put me at ease! The last time I got a traffic ticket was 20 or 25 years ago so Jungle Law's process was very new to me. In the end their fees were/are very reasonable for the amount of work they did for me! I was referred to Jungle Law by Molly with MOCSA. She felt Jungle Law would assist me with my current issues with a former employer. I looked into the resource, spoke with several paralegals ( I can't keep count), and was told they wouldn't be able to assist me with legal representation. I'm disappointed. I expected a phone call from Lauren today, but received a call from a lady named Joy a little after 12 pm. The conversation ended with the same result and referral. I was told to revisit the MO Bar website, where I visited on Friday after Lauren first recommended the site to me. Overall, they can't represent me due to whatever reasons. I'll give Jungle Law this credit: your paralegals are consistent with returning telephone calls.

Jungle Law got me the holy grail of DUI charges. A complete dismissal of all criminal charges. This is something I would not have gotten without the professional legal team at Jungle Law. Monica was there from beginning to end and was always available to answer any questions and to keep me updated on my case. Mike was with me in Court and represented me with well. I have to say that I never met Tristan, and didn’t even know he was handling my civil case. Which is a totally separate matter from your criminal case. Even though the criminal charges were dismissed I find that I am still liable for the civil charges, including the suspension of my drivers license. I will say that if you can afford it to not go it alone!

So 4 days before turning 21 i had gotten a dui with a blood test of under .08. Chances of still not getting a dui seemed grim and i was skeptical because of the jungle law billboards that to some might seem a bit out of place. On a whim of a good friend i took the chance with Monica, Randy, Mike Page, and Mr. Woods to have them take my case. After a few month of waiting on the courts and to my gladly welcomed surprise; they had managed to get my case dropped down to a traffic violation with a court fee of only $143. I've called 4 seperate times to try to get them for my situation and they won't call me back.
