BEST STORE! I visited all the Montreal and surrounding baby stores. I chose JUNIOR BABY to purchase the majority of all my baby and child items (Bedroom set, baby items, car seats, stroller, etc.). They have EXPERIENCE and KNOWLEDGE (forever grateful for all the information they gave us). They will have an answer for every question (without having to research). SAFETY and QUALITY are a PRIORITY. SERVICE is amazing from beginning to end and even after 5 years and counting. They are ready to help with anything and go above and beyond for our satisfaction. CLIENTS are more important than volume to them and that does not exist anymore. Please ignore all bad reviews as they are not true. The best service! For all moms, new or not, I highly recommend Junior Baby. As a first time mom, the entire experience is quite overwhelming: you have no idea what you actually need, what products are safe, how to use car seats/strollers, etc. Junior baby offers a 1-on-1 crash course on all registry items and takes the time to explain each item. Not only was that experience alone worth doing my registry there but their prices are competitive and their products are top quality. All their items are certified and nontoxic (even the ones I hadn’t thought of asking about). Their service is fantastic and my family had such an easy time purchasing items from the registry. Sam and Framary do a wonderful job preparing expecting parents and provide such a wonderful service that I cannot recommend them enough.

We had such an amazing experience shopping at baby junior. As first time parents, it can be extremely overwhelming when you have to start shopping for baby items. The staff put us at ease the minute we walked into the store and answered all our questions. Framary is very knowledgeable and passionate of her job. She took the time to explain in detail each and every item. She showed us the advantages and disadvantages of every item so that we can choose and decide which items fit our needs best. Kind and professional service. The staff was already ready to help and they reassured us every step of the way. Bonjour, Nous avons été très déçus du traitement reçu chez Meubles Junior : avons acheté pour environ 10 000$ de meubles et articles de bébé : le principal objectif du magasin était de mettre sur pied une liste (register) pour que tous nos amis et notre famille puissent acheter - à plein prix - une multitude d'articles (certains inutiles ou mal adaptés). Il a été impossible de négocier un prix réduit global pour tous les articles (que j'ai finalement payé intégralement pour éviter des visites inutiles au magasin situé à l'extérieur du CV. Nous avons été mal conseillés. Éviter ce magasin à tout prix. François

My husband and I went to JuniorBaby a few weeks ago and ordered a glider, convertible crib and furniture set for our nursery. We were fortunate enough to be the only ones in the store, so we were served by both Framary and Irma. These ladies were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. It felt more like we were being given advice from mothers who believe in and have used the products, and not salespeople. Had I known I could have registered there earlier, it would have been my one-stop shop. We can't wait to receive our furniture and will be recommending JuniorBaby to our friends.

Nous avons été très bien conseillés au junior bébé! Nous avons notamment acheté notre poussette uppababy vista, le steriliseur baby brezza ainsi que le fauteuil berçant Hannah! Bébé a bientôt 5 mois et nous pouvons dire avec certitude que nous adorons notre poussette et notre fauteuil berçant! Je suis allée ce matin et le service est impeccable. La vendeuse ( je pense plutôt la propriétaire) a pris le temps de nous expliquer point par point lecôté négatif et positif des poussettes qui nous intéressé à moi et mon mari. On a fait cette même journée d' autres boutiques et rien à comparer avec le service de Junior Baby. C'est sûr que je retourne pour me procurer la Bugaboo et c'est certain que le mobilier de chambre je l' achèterais à cet endroit. Continuez vos bons services. What an amazing experience especially during these difficult times! Many of our friends recommended Juniorbaby to support local, and also because of the quality of the brands that they carry. Framary is extremely knowledgable and helpful; she even took the time to show us the furniture we wanted to see on video! The whole purchasing process was done remotely, it was stress free, safe, and totally enjoyable. The delivery was also super quick and efficient, very impressive. We are super happy, and will recommend Juniorbaby to everyone!

My experience at Junior Baby was fantastic. We bought our furniture there and did our entire registry with them. When going through the registry with Framary, she went through each product with us and she took the time to explain how to use them. I visited three major stores between the island of Montreal and Laval. This store was by far the best experience I had. The staff was super knowledgeable on all their products, friendly and professional. They genuinely wanted to help me facilitate my life. Lorsque je téléphonais pour des questions ou des informations, j'ai toujours reçu une réponse immédiate. Comme c'était mes premiers bébés (jumeaux), lors de mon rendez-vous ils ont pris le temps de m'expliquer le fonctionnement des articles et ils ont été d'excellents conseils. We have shoped elsewhere for the same item, taking in consideration that it is covid times and shops are closed this store was the only store that has givein us a good service and overall good price, i will be suggesting the store to friends and family, and also visit them for future needs to incourage the owners who clearly work hard for there customers. Junior baby is my go to baby store! Amazing quality stuff and great customer service. Framary has amazing advice to share with moms and answers all your questions. She helped me pick out a lot of my choices for our baby registry. We did two nursery rooms with them and we are so so happy and in love with the furniture, cribs and all other baby stuff. Highly recommend for all your baby needs.
