16th September 2016 After being given the opportunity to test a number of bikes we eventually settled on a KTM Lycan full suspension mtb. The whole experience was helped by Martin and Tina who explained the difference between the bikes in a most helpful manner. We didn't feel pressurised at any time which is refreshing in this day and age. Even though the shop is a 90 minute drive from home, I won't hesitate to return ,as the service received was excellent. I am looking forward to purchasing an electric bike for myself, so I will be able to keep up with my wife on our much anticipated rides when we relocate in France. 30th September 2016 After we had such good service the first time we visited this shop, we decided it would be worth the long journey to travel back again to pick up some accessories for the bike. Martin actually fitted the accessories to the bike for us, which was great, anywhere else they would just send you away with the box to do it yourself.

I’m going back around five years now and my Dad was diagnosed with terminal cancer. We decided to buy him a new e-bike and visited Martins shop in Leicester. We spent a couple of hours there speaking with the assistant who never wavered and was honest and helpful. We purchased the bike and Martin delivered it the same afternoon and spent some time talking to my Dad. The bike gave my Dad two years of freedom, he went over the handlebars a few times gave us all a laugh. When he died my sister in law took over ownership and still has the bike today, she rode along side my brother on the towpath of the river soar and disappeared into the water, my brother did help her out after retrieving the bike first and taking a picture of her. Brilliant bike and the best service ever. Thank you Martin and staff.

Bought an Ebco elecrtric bike after weeks of deliberation. Martin and Tina were very patient and on the day allowed me to try three bikes - no pressure at all but sound advice and patience. I have bought the Ebco bike am very pleased. All insured as well....don't forget to do this. The service from Martin and Tina is brilliant - really first class and I suggest the shop is the place to buy your bike, be it electric or not. This is a shop that offers you a personal and professional service. We have been speaking to Tina regarding a problem with our Scott E-Aspect 920 battery. Tina suggested that we should bring the bike to Leicester so that Martin could check it out. We phoned this morning and took the bike up to the store. Martin immediately started checking the bike, updated the software and repaired a puncture for us. On checking the battery Martin found it was a problem with the charger and so the visit saved us over £700 for a new battery, and all the work was done while we waited rather than us having to go through another 160-mile round trip. The customer service was second to none. I would highly recommend them. Thank-you.

Just E-Bikes is the only supplier in the UK for a particular ebike I wanted back in 2016. Due to the usual supply problems involving manufacturers across the World, I had quite a wait. Martin drove 150 miles round trip to supply a similar ebike that I could use until my new one arrived. I was sorry to see the bike go back when my new bike arrived! The after sales service is second to none, with the few problems I had over the years with my ebike they were sorted at an agreeable timescale. Most repairs were done while I wait, which is brilliant nowadays. Definitely recommend Martin and Just E-Bikes for buying the ebike that you really want!

Been using justebikes since last June, when Halfords decided my bike had turned into a motorbike because it had a throttle. Had various repairs done since and Martin has always got straight onto it and fixed it in double quick time. Can't fault the service, both Martin and Tina are very helpful and courteous, would recommend it to anybody with a bike. Took my bike in last night for my brakes and Martin rang me first thing this morning to say they were done, my bike does 324 miles a month so you need your brakes working properly especially in this weather. So for a great service use Justebikes.

The customer service in the shop is just wonderful, I have never felt so looked after. I was kitted out with an amazing e bike, lights, helmet and mud guards all for a super affordable price. We had a check up on my bike after an agreed period of time to ensure it had bedded in and everything was working perfectly - spoiler alert, it was great! Couldn’t recommend the team enough - thank you to Angela and Martin for making sure I got exactly what I needed. Everyone needs an e bike, it had kept me moving even when fuel prices sky rocketed. Once you have the right gear, nothing can stop you.

Following up a friends's recommendatin of a "Boostbike" kit for my bike, to enable me to keep up with my wife on her ebike, I scoured stockists within range of Derby, and found Martin and Angela's shop at Leicester. I called. I was so impressed with their Boostbike equipped démo bike that I bought it. Martin kindly installed m'y old bike rack, and equipped m'y new bike with mudguards that day, and I am now fully equipped for our North Devon holiday next weekend. So I phoned up in the morning explaining that I had applied for cycle scheme through my employer and had said what bike I was interested. They got back to me very quickly and recommended the bike that I now have. The quality off the bike is fantastic I’m over the moon with it. And best off all the customer service was fantastic I explained that I didn’t drive and I couldn’t make it to where the shop is based and asked about delivery. I was told not a problem we will bring it to you and on the same day fantastic customer service fantastic bike very happy thankyou so much!

Bought my first e-bike from Martin in 2018. Was very pleased with the test ride I was able to do on the day, before making my decision. Very pleased with the bike (still running well after 6,000 miles). Martin has done some repairs - replacing a part no one else could get hold of - and modifications to the bike since then and again I’m delighted with the results. Don’t have the bike serviced regularly here, but only because I live some distance from the shop. When I want a new bike I will certainly contact Martin to discuss options.

Martin and his team are amazing. Always helpful, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. We have bought two e-bikes from them and each time we were able to try out a selection of bikes to find which suited us best. We were not pressured to buy any, but given really helpful advice on which might suit us best. We have also had a pushbike overhauled and serviced for our grandson, and this was done with the same expertise, attention to detail and reasonable price as all our other dealings at Just E-Bikes. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

My husband wanted an electric bike. I've been looking on line. Then decided to pop into just e bikes.And I'm so pleased we did Martin and angie was so helpful. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Gave me great advice and recommend the best product to suit me. They also gave me directions to where I wanted to go. Martin (and Angela) solved my new bike delivery by tracking it down and delivering it personally late at night. Where else would you get that service? His recommendation for my new bike was spot on. Very pleased. He’s helped me in the past providing parts for my old bike which I wasn’t able to obtain elsewhere.

Amazing service. Phoned and bought a mycle cargo bike yesterday and it was delivered to my house in Bristol that evening. And if that's enough, they had fitted all the extra components free of charge so it was fully ready to go. Martin who we dealt with was sensational.

"Just e-bikes" does not repair e-bikes it sells them. To quote "Hi Jeremy, you just called to ask this. We only sell E-Bikes, we don't do that type of work. Thanks Martin. " Why would I buy an E-bike from somewhere that isn't going to supply me parts or repair.

Very pleased with my recent bike service. I knew I needed alot of work doing to make it safe + reliable again. All done to high standard. Feels like a new bike. My usual bike shop closed down so will be using this one now.

Martin came to my rescue when no one else could fix my bike and topped off the experience by personally delivering my refurbished Rotwild as he didn’t want to entrust it to a courier. That’s what I call service!!
